The old mob cars on display were neat to check out, but anyone can just stop by to visit and look at.
The majority of the staff was rude and not very friendly. We had 2 rooms booked 1-2 months in advance for non smoking. We get there and we get 2 rooms on separate floors and 1 is a smoking room. They happened to fill up that day because of a big event taking place across the street. I feel since we had reservations well in advance that they should not have given 1 of our rooms away. While on a slot machine, it froze up and had to wait about 10 min for assistance and once the person came to help, they never even spoke a word to me. Even when I said thanks, there was no reply.
The staff was like zombies. Not computer lit. They where slow and confused. They could not answer simple questions. Reservations made on line were confusing to them.
Shopping area was in walking distance, and the employees was nice and helpful.
The room had no small fridge, no microwave, or no real cable channels.
Low cost Cheap tables Not too crowded
Only cheap restaurants (McDonald's and ihop). Very few tables that fill up quickly.
too much smoking and not enough electric outlet to plug your cp or other devices
room was clean but fixtures were outdated as well as the t.v.with bad reception and channel selection
It's dated and a little dingy, but it was cheap and was great if you only need a place to sleep.
The ice machines didn't work and the some of the furniture was falling apart.
The room was clean. The casino was nice.
The bed was uncomfortable. Need new mattress.
i enjoyed the person at check-in, the room was very nice, and the casino.
only thing i didn't like was the parking lot after midnight was full.
Location and low max on machines. We walked to the other two hotels. It was a fun stay
The water slide was closed and the pool hours were short
Easy access on and off freeway
Food was horrible. Don't waste $16 on the buffet
Room rate was good for weekend stay. Registration Desk personnel were courteous and understating to our needs. Parking was close to the entrance to our building and provided good feeling of security for our car. Air-conditioning unit provided good comfort in the room.
This hotel needs a major makeover from top to bottom. Carpets in all areas are worn, faded and just plain "shot". Lighting is fair at best in rooms. It seems like the hotel is trying to save on electricity by using low wattage bulbs that are not conducive to a secure feeling in both public and room areas. Furnishings and fixtures are out of date as is the television set. It has to be pre 2000 and didn't work very well. Gambling hall was nearly empty for a weekend night. Tables were in desperate need of patrons. Not a good sign that the establishment is doing very well. Certainly not like the "old"days!
Cigarette smell in casino, no monorail, bathroom lights dim and mismatched, no lamp shade, poor lighting in bedroom, could not read, no stopper in sink, noise from gas pump area. One ice machine broken. Crowded shuttle. Poor food choices.
I loved the price.
No help with bags. Far from Las Vegas Machines are tight.
Price and location
Toilet leaked, could not adjust the cold/hot water. 1 Shuttle drive very disrespectful, food at Prim buffet was terrible
Not crowded, likeable staff!
The bed had fresh linens
Dirty dirt dirty
Closeness to Wild Bills.
They charged me 97.14 instead of price I booked it at 57.97. The monorail stopped running between hotels and we were walking at 3 am from Wild Bills to Whiskey Petes. I dropped the cards in express ck out
Air conditioning, furniture and furnishings are substandard. I'd value a room like we had at $25 a night. We'll stay at Primm from now on.
Nothing. Go across the way to Buffalo Bill. Somewhat cleaner for an overnight stay.
We didn't even go in. Exterior looks dingy and unwelcoming.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT LOVED SPENDING TIME HERE WITH MY HUSBAND
JUST WISH THE POOLS WERE OPEN A LITTLE MORE LATE....
Could not sleep you could hear people walking back and worth all night long.
I like the swimming pool, and the plase
The water was very hot in the bathrooms and I burn I had a bad experience whit the water
