the black jack dealers.
Slots were loose and fun
You could hear next door neighbors as if they were in the same room
Staff are friendly...
I loved the billiards, live band and bar in the lobby during the night time. The rooms are a good size and we were very comfortable. I also LOVED the Bonnie & Clyde display!!
I just feel like they could use some upgrades, but you get what you pay for. We were not disappointed at all. Oh! And the wifi worked great the first day, but went downhill the second & third day we were there. :(
Room air conditioning was excellent. View from 18th floor was very nice.
Craps table was not open on Friday night. Mc Donalds did not have regular coca cola, this during a holiday weekend.
No hot water while taking a shower. T.v. shut off automatically every ten minutes.
Easy on and off the freeway. Clean room
Close to were I needed to be
the bed was grear and the room after several tries
no valet,no bell help,no nroom service and what they call a handicap room is a joke. i had to carry my own luggage to tthe room and i walk with a walker. the first room i got had no way for me to get into the shower aft i was told i had a wlk in shower and a rasied toilet seat finnaly after walking another mile(or seemed like it ) i finally got an actual handicap rm
I liked the rooms. And the customer service.
The atmosphere caters to an older crowd (50 +) for being state line, you would think it's the first place you hit heading to Vegas Strip. You want the excitement and fun. Very drab. And unfortunately, cigarette smoke is in abundance at all casinos in NV. I find this unnerving. I don't want to smell smoke nor do I want to smell like it. I think casinos should have designated bars or slot machines (which there are typically more than 2 in each casino) that allow it. We have plenty of bars in CA here that dont allow smoking inside their bars, and they still have great business. Just because the casino caters to smokers, by allowing it inside, makes it unfair to those that don't smoke.
In experienced black jack dealer. And not enough staff in mcdonalds.
- Easy on-off I-15 freeway access - Staff was friendly - Starbucks next door
- WiFi was slow
Noisy air conditioner Thin walls, hare neighbours
Comfortable and accommodating for my mother, sister and niece. Having food in the hotel was great!
It was a clean bed in a good location that made or next days travel shorter and without the chaos of Vegas. Oh and the shower was pretty good.
Dark hallway, very dated, ice was miles away (it felt) or bedside lamps were unplugged and we had to figure that out and move the nightstand to plug them back in. Not enough plugs near need to charge phones. Sorry, just had a deserted creepy feeling.
We canceled our room for the next week because of the bed. It was Awful.. The sheets were hard and wouldn't stay on .. Just a mess ..
Noisy, walls to thin could hear other peoples conversations.
The band on Friday and Saturday nights
could not get the air conditioner or the water in shower to work right.
I had a bed
Rooms are like 40 years old
the place was quiet, clean, and I could read and study in it.
I woke up with a sore back. I think your rooms need an upgrade - refrigerator. Also, I could not get anything on TV.
Lost and found my wife lost her driver license and we found it in the lost and found dept. Thank you so much
Got a good nights sleep.
TV service was poor. Most channels were snowy. No Fox News. The only place to eat dinner was I-Hop. Last time there was a nice buffet.
The location was perfect for getting off the freeway for a nights rest while travelling. Easy access and reasoinable prices. A bit run down but a good nights sleep.p
There were only two restaurants. The IHOP and a McDonalds. The IHOP ,the cook did not show up so there was nothing to eat. The McDonalds had a huge line and only three people on staff. We waited for about 30 minutes, gave up and drank our dinner at the bar.
