Air conditioning , large room , clean
Smelled like smoke badly in casino , hot and stuffy no air at all flowing thru , in the room tv had horrible connnection, wifi should be no charge . The water in the shower was burning hot and sink in restroom very hard to adjust . Neighbors were very loud with music
clean affordable and pleasant staff
Nothing but the lady who helped me. She did our check in and I believe she was the supervisor. All other staff I came into contact with Were RUDE and very unhelpful
the staff was rude unhelpful the rooms were dirty the TV did not work there are stains everywhere including on the furniture very disgusting and overpriced I should have slept in my car
Some staff were very friendly.
Broken lamps, garbage on bathroom floor.
Cash deposit returned at checkout
The Horseshoe tournament
Too far from LV. Asked front desk where tournament was. Gal didn't know. No shows.
Cleanliness and comfort of room
The room we had was awful. If I could put pictures up I would. I did take pictures of our room, we could not believe they would put someone in a room with MOLD in the bathroom were it was leaking over the tub that looked like someone had peed in it. the box spring on my bed was tore up, it was a filthy mess. I really want my money back!!! I'm letting all my friends and neighbors know to never stay at Whiskey Pete's. I would have been better off sleeping in my car, it is much cleaner.
Room had amenities like large tv, table with chairs. Clean
casino too smokey. Needs at least air circulation. no nice restaurant. Check-in was understaffed. Long wait. printers down. bottom sheet on bed wasn't fitted so came off bed when I rolled over.
Nothing at all...!
Room had no fire alarm, batter gone, wires hanging down, and no unit at all in the room! Think that is a safety violation...! Beds bad, room bad, door lock and door jam terrible! WiFi was a paid deal for $10, and totally not worth it!
The staff is untrained, inept, rude and they overcharged my credit card. my room was $94, I was charged $314 and lied to about an upgrade. As of right now it is like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I am preparing to report this horrible establishment to the BBB as well as posting on several travel blogs, and my review will appear in my next column. I wholeheartedly suggest you drive the extra few miles to a place that will actually enjoy and respect your business. I have been in hundreds of hotels all over the world and this by FAR is the absolute worst.
They have an ihop. I like the live entertainment at night. They have a McDonalds but so do the other local casinos. It was only 50 bucks to stay there.
The remote control to our tv did not work. Do you know how long its been since I have had to get up and change the channel? Anyway, stains on the bedding gross. When we went downstairs to go back to the casino. Elevator door opened and there appeared to be blood on the floor. When I reported it to the front desk their comment was "Oh it's still there? We called housekeeping half an hour ago." Do they know the meaning of Bio Hazard? It is the smallest casino of the 3. No Sports Book!!!
No Buffet on premises. The only Restaurant is IHop. Not a very good choice. Mc Donalds in My book does not count as a restaurant. We asked for a King bed, Got 2 Queens. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The bathroom floor was filthy. There was no Valet, and no rail car. The property has gone down hill very fast in the last 5 years.
Less than a 30 minute drive to Las Vegas Large clean room Pleasant reception Staff Easy off street parking
Smoke filled casino/restaurant/bar
We came in late and left early so we didn't see much or do anything. We slept and left. The bed was comfortable, we had a good short night sleep
location & price the desk lady was super my husband wasn't feeling well & she gave us a room next to the ellevater & luggage ramp thank you
beds were a little uncomfortable
The overall stay was pretty good
Our first room 1904 the room carpet was very wet. We got a room change but didn't enjoy the room as much as we did our first room. The room change was an inconvenience.
The staff was rude, the whole place needs to be cleaned and the pool is only opened on the weekends? Really?
Price was good considering location of hotel in the desert.
Outside of Hotel (Grounds) were dirty with cigarette butts and small trash items on the ground. Place had nice bricks on ground for design but was dirty with spilled liquids. This was not just in one spot making ground sticky to walk on. Elevators were missing parts as they had holes in walls where handles used to be bolted in. Carpets were dirty in hotel. Stayed on 17th floor.
This place is old and shabby. The staff at the check in desk was rude. Wifi was an extra charge. Stay at the hotels on the other side of the freeway, not this one.
Nothing. Booking buddy got us out of our 2nd night contact, and we were able to find a nice hotel. Seeing Bonnie and Clyde car.
The place was dead. The halls and carpets were filthy. The food was expensive and horrible.
Everything when I was there!
The telephone operator, don't know her name, but was cocky With a bad attitude!
Registration desk helped straighten out our bed assignment. We had 2 rooms with 4 in each room and they had us down for 1 king bed in each. Ended up with 2 queens in each room.
Construction crew started working at 6:00am. Noisy forklift and we could hear them talking. We were on the 5th floor. Ice machine on our floor was not working.
Beds and pool
Hair in bathroom ... Water to dang hot.... Not enough cold water to use.... Toilet bowl kept releasing air bubbles all nite long!
Older room but spacious and clean. Lack of eating facilities in the hotel buy plenty nearby. Comfortable and restful night
