Located in a beautiful area! June Lake loop is worth the trip. Also located right across the street from a larger hotel with a good restaurant.
No food or breakfast facilities.
The heater and located back in a valley with good views
We stayed in a twin queen room. It had a separate full kitchen with dining table for four. A family of skiers will find it comfortable, not high end, but just the thing for a group wan ting to ski June and Mammoth which is just 25 minutes away.
The mattresses are firm and OK but are inline for replacement.
Bedding needs to be replaced. Poor fitting sheets and torn mattress cover.
Small town vibe. With killer views. Close enough yet not to far away from the big mountain ah city life.
Parking is a little bit tight.
Kitchen and bed was comfortable
Jeff is an outstanding host! We had a number of challenges on this trip (sick child, car trouble), and Jeff was there for us every step of the way. We really can't say enough about his kindness and support.
June Lake is a beautiful area
Unknowledgable Staff Poor Condition of room, especially bathroom Poor heating Poor Privacy Old and Dirty
It was great for an overnight stop, lovely area with great views close to June Lake and Silver Lake. Liked the fact that it had a kitchen and if you stayed longer you could cook your own meals.
TV quality was fine (although a bit too small) Bed was comfortable, room was big, clean, tidy and well equipped (refrigerator, stove, sink...) Good Wi-Fi signal. Flexible with check-in/out times
Front desk occupancy was scarce (every time we needed them they were not there and didn't answer the phone. The room felt a bit poorly constructed (you could feel when people passed by your room) The refrigerator was a bit noisy.
Service Comfort Location Quietness, privacy Beautiful place & the town Wonderful hotel for reasonable price !!!
Bathroom was a bit unclean I had hard time sleeping (nose problem) after turning heater on - but it's probably my sensitivity to dust
KITCHEN WITH ALL THE TOOLS YOU MAY NEED
The place it's in between Mammoth and Yosemite. We visited both in a weekend.
Fantastic view from the hotel, espiecially during autumn. And very close to Yosemite National Park.
Staffs are very courteous, excellent costumer service.
The only thing we really liked was the outstanding restaurant across the hiway.
Mold in shower, quality of sheets, some noise at night.
It was quiet with a restaurant near by.
outdated and overpriced. front desk was strictly business and personable.
We booked a cabin, but they moved us to a more expensive A-Frame unit, at no extra cost to myself, because there was a minor maintenance issue with the cabin. However, I noticed another A-frame with a better view and asked if we could move to that. Even though they were under no obligation to do so (the cabin I booked didn't have a view), they moved us to the A-frame with an awesome view but honored my original price for the cabin. This was excellent service.
Clean, beautiful location. Nice kitchen facilities.
Rooms a bit old
nice location, not far away from yosemite national park and the lake area.
older furniture in the apartment, but ok for 1-2 overnights
Location, as we were visiting friends who were camping at Grant lake. We also got a cabin as a online special. Beautiful views in the morning. Would stay again.
We picked the main floor bed which had a hard mattress. Should have went upstairs, king bed was softer.
Comfortable beds and bedding.
Sticker in the kitchen warning of $35 charge if any dish is not washed and dried. Bit harsh! Shower needs a make over.
Peace and quiet
This being our first time in that location were not aware how far one has to drive to get any where. A location inside the park would have been better
Cleanliness and visual view of Mountain.
Location, be nice to have tv in bedroom.
