Eingang verspricht mehr als das Hotel hält. Zimmer sind sauber zumindest geputzt, Einrichtung ist na ja - etwas abgenutzt. Personal ist weitestgehend ok. Es ist nicht jeder gleich gut aber ok. Unterm Strich zu einem wesentlich geringeren Preis machts eine Hotelkette auch und da passt Manches besser. |

DirekterZugang zum Starbucks über Hotel, Eingangskontrolle im Liftbereich da nicht besonders gute Gegend(in der Nacht) am Tag ok Aussicht war schlecht (dreckiger Hinterhof), Sauberkeit im Bad unzureichend (Schimmel in den Fugen, Verputz von der Wand), sehr veraltetes Gebäude (Gänge sehr dunkel) |

Das Zimmer war wirklich unter jeder Kritik - komischer Geruch, wirklich nicht sauber (Bad, Toilette,..) WLan nicht funktioniert - deswegen haben wir hier gebucht |

es liegt total zentral mitten im herzen von san francisco und man kann das meiste zu fuss erreichen in der nacht war es sehr laut auf dem hotelflur das heisst etwas komisches puplikum in unserer umgebung |

Praktische Lage mit ausgezeichneter Verbindung zum Flughafen (Eingang zur BART-Haltestelle Civic Center direkt vor dem Hotel!); ein gewisser Stil, der sich vom amerikanischen "Einheitshotel" wohltuend abhebt; guter bis sehr guter Service; für San Francisco gutes Preis-/Leitsungsverhältnis Bezüglich des Hotels selber absolut keine negativen Bemerkungen. Die Umgebung ist von sehr vielen Obdachlosen bevölkert. Ich habe zwar keinerlei Aggressionen erlebt, aber einige Bettler sind ziemlich aufdringlich. Die Strassen werden indes sehr sauber gehalten. Insgesamt kein Grund, das Hotel nicht zu benützen, wenn man es von Beginn an weiss. |

For the price, this hotel is a steal. It is grand and elegant and feels as comfortable as the priciest hotels in SF. The staff is incredibly attentive and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. |

It was in my favourite city. It was reasonably central. WIth one exception, the staff were all unfriendly and unhelpful. Also they charge $25 for parking, which is exorbitant. Internet had to be paid for and was amongst the slowest and most unreliable of connections I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. |

The bed was nice The staff was rude and refused to allow me to talk to the GM I also left a message for the GM and was never called back. We also needed to pay for parking? What kind of rip off is that? |

Reception and concierge were very friendly and helpfull, particularly the concierge who went to great lengths’ to arrange changes to car hire for us. The Restaurant staff at breakfast were less than helpful and made a great point about the bill not including a tip, despite the level of service not warranting a tip. |

I liked the close proximity to the Orpheum Theatre and to shopping at the Westfield Mall and Union Square. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good and room service was prompt! |

The bed was wonderful. The air conditioner was working and quiet enough. For an inexpensive hotel in San Francisco, it was very nice. The bathroom and shower left a little to be desired. Nothing horrible, but the shower was a little dirty looking, so I threw a towel on the floor of the shower to stand on. But really, it wasn't horrible, but needed a good bleaching. |
