het was prima vertoeven ,geen last van enig ander bewoner of personeel,gaf een veilig gevoel dat de bewaking zo duidelijk aanwezig was na middernacht De situatie van het hotel was op loopafstand wat ver weg van de echte winkelstraat en we moesten altijd voorbij de junks en andere randfiguren en dat was niet erg prettig en een aanvaring met een van hen liep gelukkig goed af. |

Groot hotel redelijk in de buurt van het centrum van de stad. Relatief goedkoop en goed bereikbaar met de BART line vanaf het vliegveld. Personeel is behoorlijk sloom voor Amerikaanse begrippen. En daarnaast ligt het hotel wel aan een deel van Market Street waar je 's avonds liever niet loopt, met de metro is het overigens wel goed te doen. |

Het uiterlijk en de uitstraling; kamer was ruim en comfortabel, Starbucks naast de deur. Voor deze prijs en dit type hotel mag een ontbijt wel inbegrepen zijn. Koffiemachientje op de kamer zoals veel hotels hebben zou ook fijn zijn. |

Ligging is optimaal, kamers en personeel waren oke. in verhouding kwaliteit prijsverhouding eigenlijk alles prima, hooguit de iets verouderde airco welke soms iets teveel geluid veroorzaakte ! |

For the price, this hotel is a steal. It is grand and elegant and feels as comfortable as the priciest hotels in SF. The staff is incredibly attentive and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. |

The bed was nice The staff was rude and refused to allow me to talk to the GM I also left a message for the GM and was never called back. We also needed to pay for parking? What kind of rip off is that? |

Np problems with the hotel, but see comment about safety however felt a bit unsafe outside the hotel. Preferred to take taxi further towards the centre before walking. |

Reception and concierge were very friendly and helpfull, particularly the concierge who went to great lengths’ to arrange changes to car hire for us. The Restaurant staff at breakfast were less than helpful and made a great point about the bill not including a tip, despite the level of service not warranting a tip. |

I liked the close proximity to the Orpheum Theatre and to shopping at the Westfield Mall and Union Square. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good and room service was prompt! |

The bed was wonderful. The air conditioner was working and quiet enough. For an inexpensive hotel in San Francisco, it was very nice. The bathroom and shower left a little to be desired. Nothing horrible, but the shower was a little dirty looking, so I threw a towel on the floor of the shower to stand on. But really, it wasn't horrible, but needed a good bleaching. |

Free wi fi in the Lobby, but the signal isn't strong enough in the rooms. Even if the room was a non-smokers it smelled like it. |

I absolutely loved the history room, without the pictures nailed down. I love the marble, wood ceiling, all the different languages I heard, Starbucks out the front door, the convenience to the BART, and the sense that the staff loved being there. Best hotel experience ever. I have already told many, many people about this place. |

The cheaper parking, close to the theater, Mission grill, the bar, and Starbucks near by. Vallet parking should have been in front, not down the alley. |
