I loved the contentional breakfast set with the coffee arcoss the dinning area! Very comfort room and affordable price!

I had to have my key card swiped again by a staff member on my third night. The freezer in the room was not defrosted a long time.

After viewing two different rooms, General Manager Allison was finally able to assist me with obtaining a room w/no odor which felt clean. I believe we were originally booked in the older section of the hotel, and sorry to say, it needs some updating. The lobby is wonderful, the breakfast is a good start to the day, and the pool is an added bonus. As we were there to attend graduation an hour away, it was nice that the location of the hotel is central to numerous highways. We were able to get to all different places that we needed to without incurring any traffic delays. All in all, our stay there was good, and I would not hesitate to stay again (providing I was not put in the older section of the hotel).

As I mentioned, the older section of the hotel needs updating. It is not somewhere I would have stayed had other accommodations not been arranged by Allison. In the room we were located in (228), there are no bedside lamps, nor was there a luggage rack. In my opinion, I think bedside lamps give the room a warmer feel and make it easier at night if you want to read before you go to sleep. The only other issue I had was that we only received maid service 1 day out of our entire stay. This was not a huge issue until our last night there when we ran out of toilet paper and had to wait 20+ minutes to receive some from the front desk because she (Ashleigh) "couldn't find any". It was embarassing to have to ask for in the first place, but after having done so to wait over 20 minutes for some was just really not acceptable to me.

One towel was stained. The room was missing shampoo and other supplies, except for moisturizer. We were able to get soap upon request, but not shampoo.

The elevator was broken and our family of four, who were traveling for a week, had four large suitcases to haul up stairs. Glad we had strong young, teenagers to help with bags!

Pretty much everything - the bed was the most comfortable of any I have slept in!!!

The shower floor was either covered with soap or needed non skid strips...I slipped and was just able to catch the handicap handle before going all the way down...VERY DANGEROUS!!

Reception staff and breakfast both excellent. Bed very comfortable.

The pool was too visible from the breakfast area so I was put off having an early morning swim.

The front desk was cordial and pleasant. The morning breakfast was good.

The carpet was old and dirty. The tv needs to be replaced with a modern one (flat screen).during our stay we could not change channels. The remote control never worked. I used my own batteries to check if there was something wrong with the batteries but it was the same.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great value. The hotel provided a free breakfast that included both hot and cold options and many healthy alternatives (E.G., yogurt, fruit, whole grain cereal).

The hotel did not have a restaurant for dinner and the hotel was not able to give me good advice about where to go for dinner, only recommending local fast food and pizza places and missing great restaurants that I later found myself on Yelp.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location, staff helpful and friendly, good variety of breakfast foods, coffee at all times in the lobby, reasonably priced. Very nice indoor pool facility.

Internet site advertises weight room. In fact, weight room has not yet been built. Twice, an incoming phone call that I asked to be passed through was not passed through, instead was disconnected.

This was our first time staying at this hotel...service was great as well as the price. Very clean. We will stay here again

Caroll, on duty at the desk in the evening for 2 of the 3 nights I was there was extremely helpful and friendly, even when I myself was quite bitchy at the beginning

There was just one sign at the beginning of the road leading to the hotel (and to several others), which I missed, other than that there was no sign near the hotel itself. I found it by elimination (it was the only hotel left with no sign).

The suites have been re-modeled recently, with granite, flat screen tv and nice linens. The first night, we stayed in a standard room, which was in need of a facelift - the decor was economy. They are building on more suites now, but it will be about a year before they remodel single rooms. If you want the asthetics, stay in the suite - it has full kitchen and is basically an apartment space. 10 minutes from Dartmouth campus, right off the highway, so easy to get to. Very accommodating front desk staff (Carroll).

The staff was professional and friendly. It was close to my college for my reunion. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and other services they had.

It wou;d help if the hotel had a shuttle service into town. There is only one cab company and it is not the most reliable.

the only issue was the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and it rocked when sitting. Manager said he would take care of it. We were able to hear cars going by on the highway.

We liked everything

The check in clerk, Carroll Johnson was nice and apologetic.

We booked a King room and we were put in a queen. When we pointed this out, they said they had no king rooms. The clerk called the manager who was the most rude person I have dealt with in a long time. She made no attempt to offer any solution or alternative. When I suggested she would get further by not being rude to customers, she did not answer me. There was mold in the shower, the sheets did not fit on the bed and kept coming off and the bed spreads were dirty.

Firm pillow. Noise from the motorway. We spent 2 nights there the first night we were in the right side of the corridor and the noise made by the swimming pool heather and trucks on the motoway was very annoying. Thanks to the support of the receptionist we could change the room the second night on the left side and sleep well. If you suffer the noise try to ask for a room in the left side of the corridor, if you don't suffer the noise this hotel is a good choice
