そんなにきれいじゃないけどジャグジーが中庭にあって、海から帰って来て冷えた身体をすぐに温める事が出来- て快適でした。 日本語が少し分かる女性スタッフの方が大変良くして下さり、 感謝しています。 立地はワイキキの喧噪から少しだけ離れた場所にあり、落ち着いて過ごせます。

コンドミニアムなので食器、調理器具、コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫など一通り揃っているのですが、どれも清潔- とは言えませんでした。 冷蔵庫はもう少し大きいと嬉しい。 シャワーは備え付けでバスタブもないので快適ではありません。 水圧も弱かったです。

Convienent to everything. Very quiet and comfortable. Reminded me of Caribbean.

**NO PRIVACY **ground floor so could not have curtains open unless clothed and even then people walked past ** no view except of a wall despite saying pool view **expensive compared to otehr better hotels wihin a block

everything is clean except the carpet. it has a convenient kitchen. good location.

wifi can only be connected at the area of front desk, free of charge in your first 24 hours, then you will be charged.

We had a room (# 232) with pool view and loved the view - like a little oasis in Waikiki. Staff was great. Here are some more things we loved about this hotel: our room included a kitchenette; on-site laundry; and good location in relation to public transit and beach.

There is nothing not to like about this place for a budget traveller.

Great location, honest and approachable staff who did not seem to expect tips as a matter of course and seemed rather surprised.

Stains on hard surfaces and towels, very worn bedding/mattress, worn down electrical socket that could be safety issue.

Like everything, fith time in Hawaii second time in white sands Perfect Location" bus stop, shopping,Waikikibeach The market, Dinning,describes this warm heart staff hotel, and I am going back as long as everything keeps up the way it is. Done Hilton's, Ali rentals, and other hotels. Why spend more on hotels when I could enjoy my money on adventures, island hopping, shopping dinning and much more on the paradise of Hawaii.

all staffs are friendly

The staff were brilliant, especially Christianne, who were so helpful. The room was very clean and had lots of extras like a kitchen with all the utensils needed. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, the closet, the shower, the entire bathroom.

The carpet was sticky and turned my feet black it was the nastiest thing ever. Very loud area you hear everything.

Was advised free wifi. Arrived and was told to pay for it. Room and funishings were very outdated. No lift.

Location was Okay, fairly central to most things. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed being on the lower floor with the pool.

Found the cooking area to be very small. Fridge had no door on the freezer. Very old unit. The WiFi was very weak even up by the desk, for a few dollars this could be rectified. Patio door needs attention. The rollers were not working.

It was good value for money.The staff were very helpful. The location suited us. We had a room over looking the tropical garden which was very relaxing' We would stay there again.

I like the ease of access and the staff was very good to us and we felt very welcome

Pool, hot tub and friendly staff

The hotel need major renovation. Ants were all over the place, it was terrible. Old furniture, rotten bathroom facilities

The night person was warm and friendly and very helpful. He also had lots of information about the area and things to do.

The layout of the hotel was unusual and a little cluttered. It may have been the big Christmas tree that took up a lot of real estate.

The staffs are friendly，give me imformations！ location is good， close to the shopping center and Waikiki beach also some fantasitic japanese restruants Environment also good, having nice spa and pool, can get rest in greens

Do not have wifi in the public places

Close to everything in central Waikiki so a car rental is not really necessary if you're not sight-seeing the Island. Very nice and friendly. I loved it but it's not a "full kitchen" in the rooms!

The fridge was so unregulated , it froze my veggies. That's not much of a complaint overall, though!

Lovely honeymoon in room 124 ever!!!!!!! Will comeback in the same room if possible!!!!
