We love how much room our family to have. It was a normal vacation it was the best one because of our stay at bay point. We got our own rooms, could cook our own food nd the place had everything we could ask for.
I was told we were a little closer to a lake. Wish we had a better view of the mountains.
The lake is nice, never will i go back to bay point
7am carpenters building a house 20yrds behind our bedroom window.the pictures of the place on the internet were a lot different then the orange carpet and old furnishings that we stayed at. the staff were rude and the owners that lived in the complex treated the vacationers like me and my daughters as third class citizens. the check in papers said if you have a dog its 500 dollar fine if you smoke 500 dollar fine,I noticed the people that lived there were smoking and walking there dogs without a leash. No one was parked in front of our apt. my brother and i were going to go for a hike and leave the small sail boat the manager came running up tell
LOCATION is AMAZING KITCHEN brand new Manager Nathaniel very nice person refund our money right the way!
We booked a ROOM , the most expensive one , and they gave us the CHEAPEST ONE! Be Careful , if you book in front of the lake , they gave you in front of the mountain! Room Very OLD , the only new thing is the Kitchen! Also , the AC is very OLD and has NO MAINTENANCE , the AC only works for the living room , in the bedroom has NOTHING just a ceiling FAN! SMALL bathroom (BE AWARE) , the size is ridiculous, there is NO SPACE for anything. Room was very Dirty The Bed has all the dirt on it ! Old sofa in the living room , and smell like DOG OLD TV , 20 years OLD please , this unit needs a Better TV If you arrive Sunday , they DONT WORK , so be prepared to call a LOT of numbers and wait at least 30 minutes to someone to show UP It was such a disappointment that we went to another Hotel in Whitefish and ask for the money back! DON'T GO THAT PLACE , unless you are ready for problems! I really can't understand the GRADES people give to that hotel , this must be wrong , or maybe it's the owners doing that! Please read carefull the first COMMENTS , they are the real ones! I only read after I saw all the situation!
Fantastic location, pleasant staff especially Nathanial, who was very helpful when bathtub drain plugged. Good kitchen facilities, quiet complex.
A bit grungy and old (I wouldn't call it rustic). Didn't seem very clean - stains on towels and bedding. Dishes, sliverware, etc. all mismatched and seemed like items from a thrift store. Kitchen was so packed with stuff that there was no cupboard space for food, etc. Furniture, applliance were old and outdated. Felt it was pricey for what you got - the only thing going for it was the lake location and beautiful views on the lake.
Would like to get to ammenities earlier and later
The view and location are excellent. The use of canoe is complimentary.
Noise from neighbors and train.
CLOSE TO SKI HILL, NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING(VERY QUIET)
NO WOOD OR FIRELOGS IN HOUSE
The hot tub and pool hours were very poor and should have been longer.
Very handy location for exploring the area. Love having the kitchen.
well supplied kitchen and although unit has not been updated for a long time it was quite clean
It was very quiet. It was staying in a condo with a kitchen and living room, instead of a hotel room. It felt like home.
I wish there would have been some wood available for the fireplace. I had to purchase it at a grocery store.
only one step to condo view amenities in kitchen nice tv close to town and glacier
no grab bar in tub no hair dryer no luggage holder in bdrm nosiy neighbors (didn'T report them)
just a wonderful place to come and stay. I will definitely do it again.
Lake front, views, swimming, quiet
Pool and spa closed two of the three days "for maintenance"
The chalet was very well equipped. I loved the location on the edge of a lake and balcony was a perfect setting to have a Bar BQ, drink wine and watch the sunset.
The view of the lake! It was easy to feel like home, the bed was great!
All the publicityimplies that you are directly on the lake - you are not we were way back. They unlike most places take half your accomodation costs when you book and half 31 days before you arrive. They have a whole range of draconian rules threatening you with fines - the best one is ejection from the site if you exceed 5mph - all the signs on the site say 10mph.If you are going to Whitefish there are better places to stay and they are much more honest about their facilities.
Location was the best being on the lake. Very close to town without being noisy.
The hideabed was unusable. The frame was bent extremely. The mattress on the hideabed was also stained.
Proximity to town and beach. Close enough to kalispell for shopping. Close to Big mountain.
Some suites are too old and dated like the 70's. one of the 3 suites our group used was modernized.
The hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Was told it was a Queen size and it was only a double so two people could not sleep on it. Also was told we were getting an apartment on the lake and we did not. It's was behind the ones on the lake. Hard to comment on the staff because we never seen anyone. Only to register and check out.
