No guest computer, no elevator
it was clean and quiet
nothing, it was a good place to rest while traveling though
Management was very friendly and willing to please. Older hotel but very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. Saved a lot of money to spend elsewhere.
motel was excellent and Staff was very friendly and helpfull. wiil book again this Motel, when in Area.
Noisy air cond.
Big Room - clean, good beds, nice bath room, patio with table and chairs.. Views of mountains from patio, TV, WiFi, no distrubances, close to many restaurants - whatelse we need!!
The staff were extremely helpful and caring. They respected privacy but were available in case it was necessary. I enjoyed that the room had everything I needed and everything was clean and neat. The location was not only convenient but also near an energy vortex that helped me sleep well, and reflect and meditate.
I would not say there was anything I particularly did not like. As the room had a microwave oven, a fridge, and I coffee maker, I would only think that if someone wanted to cook they might need an electric cooker, but given that people usually do not cook on their vacation, probably it is not relevant.
Spotless room and bathroom Balcony Coffee maker, microwave, fridge Location
Staff not easy to contact
Nice mgt, great view.
Clean, comfortable, spacious facilities in quiet location offering excellent value for Sedona. Close to eateries and variety of businesses away from busy-ness of downtown area. Served our needs well.
Noisy air-con unit had only 1 fan setting - full on, or off.
The staff was so friendly, the grounds were quiet. For an established facility, the care the owners take is apparent. They were great with pointing out the to-sees in the area and spent the time to answer questions even though we arrived after 11pm
Excellent location and facility for the money. We will be back for sure.
Its a simple clean and comfortable place. place but a bit expensive. We slept in the double queen room. The room is in good condition. Beds are comfortable, room was specious, internet connection good. There is a sitting area in the back of the room, that borders a parking lot. Location is a short drive from a Supermarket and some nice walking trails.
No breakfast. The price was a bit expensive for this kind of a room, however Sedona in general is expensive.
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, great location, solid value. If you're in Sedona, this is a very good place to stay.
The view and the beds.
We liked that the place has charme, white timber rafters on the ceiling of the rooms. A private balcony with a view of the canyon.
The pillows were rock hard. Please get new once, more comfortable once.
Hirsh was very kind and helpful. His wife seemed very nice as well, but I didn't talk to her much. The housekeeper was also very nice.
Very friendly staff! Nice and comfortable old school Inn.
Price and location were great
An older motel remodeled. Could have done a lot better with some of the remodeling.....but it is the best for the money in Sedona if you don't want to spend an outrageous amount. Was just there for one night....if you plan on being there longer, it might not be as comfortable.
-an upper floor room had a small private balcony overlooking a quiet residential area and beautiful close views of Sedona's red mountains -presented very well for a budget hotel (we paid US$100) -several excellent restaurants in the area
Nice balcony for breakfast and relaxing. Beds good. Large bathroom. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
The friendliest owner we've ever met - he spent a good half hour talking to us about what to do in Sedona and helped draw maps and make recommendations - terrific! the room itself was really big and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the mountain formations at the back. The wifi was solid which was a big help.
The walls were a bit thin so we could hear next door's TV, but nothing too bad. Also the hotel is a little way from the main tourist area but we were happy to make the drive as we saved money thanks to the location.
The price was reasonable
The uncleanliness of the room. There was a pair of underwear lying in the room and the fridge had food left over from the last occupant. The cleaner needs to improve on their performance and effort. When I told the staff about the above-mentioned incidents, they were very ungracious and did not really apologize or take responsibility for it claiming that my complaint was the first complaint they had since the 1970's which was really hard to believe! No compensation offered for the lack of cleanliness of the room.
the owner was exterely helpfull in informant us about the important Thonguest to do even we were staying only for one night. The surroundings were very impressive because of the red rocks. goos bed. Nice coffee for frêle in the room.
Quite noisy: the neighbours seemed to be in our room but thankfully went to bed the Same time we did :)
Quiet and cleanliness
