Décor. Floor in room was slippery due to too much cleaner being used. Needed to be re mopped with just water or something. Also, you charged my credit card after we already checked out for use of items in the hotel room that we did not consume. SHAME ON YOU! The guy at the front desk, Fernando or something, was not helpful and actually quite rude. Gave me a number to your manager Mr. Moreno. Well, he obviously is a crappy manager because who NEVER answers their phone and NEVER clears out their voice mail box? You attempted at scamming me, but don't worry, a report of this is going to the BBB. Seeing now your reviews on Google, this is something you obviously do often. Shame on you!!!

The only good thing is the location is right near everthing but still not worth it for the price. I would never stay here again. There were never any towels or wash clothes available. At night it is really loud in the lobby so when you call the front desk they can’t hear you. The staff is not friendly when I went to the front desk for items the lady act as if I was bothering her. Overall the hotel is not good the rooms are even too small.

Location is excellent Staff was rude and not very helpful especially Sterling. Always a fracas in the lobby while chacking in was asked to move away and clear area at the counter by some random Asian guy who was taking names down for an even happening in the lobby at the time. If I did not know he was not part of the Whitelaw staff I certainly will not be moving my luggage as requested. I have stayed at Whitelaw at least 3 times before and in the past one of my experience was upon arrival at checkin was told that there was no room and was sent to Chelsey Hotel which was on Washington with very dark rooms and not what I booked in the first place Door lock was broken upon checkin Safe was not working and was never addressed during my 4 night stay after repeated request to have it fixed

The location ... DON'T GO THERE DURING SPRINGBREAK !!! Noise 24/7, I could NOT sleep at all, and the springbreakers littered literally every inch of the hotel.

After the first night of my stay I had themaid clean the room and there were bugs in my sheets. I informed the staff and they stated I would receive a call from the manager and I never did. I called.them for 4 days asking for a return call but no one called me back.

Great location and cool decorations The staff was super incompetent (for example, they booked us a shuttle to the airport at a time when there actually was no shuttle so we ended up having to get a cab)

Perfect location in the heart of south beach. Very cute rooms, but small. The mandatory fee of 16.95 for the open bar hour should be optional. They only serve the cheapest house liquor that made me nauseous on the very first sip. And I don't have a sensitive stomach. Yuck

Free wifi The man in the recipation (Mr gam or gym who has pinky shirt) he is not profissional and it is difficult to talk to him because he dose not respect the people. Also they took 100$ and they did not return it yet. I will complain if they do not return it within the coming days.

Location There were bugs in my bed. They scammed me by charging me 4 nights of valet parking when I only parked one night and for only 20 minutes. It was very loud. I got food poisoning from the guacamole.

The rooms are stunning and so is the situation, its really close to where all the action takes place in miami beach, super friendly staff handing out beach towels and taking care of everything, nice atmosphere If you come with a car youre lost. The hotel charges 32dollars a day and its hard to find a cheaper/better place for it to stay

Not much to like Was over-priced because they could get it due to events in south beach that weekend. Limited service, not very friendly staff, loud music playing all night long. No dresser in room. Barely a countertop in the bathroom. Small, slow elevator. Paper-thin walls. Not much to recommend.

Good for young people, bar in first floor, nice, front desk service is good, but housekeeper is no good, do not change and replace shampoos, bad sheet and some towers, the fee in the reservation does not include service fee, it is about $17 extra, and if you stay more than one day, you can not find any change in the room, looks like housekeeper never never clean your room like other hotel do.
