The hard beds
I had gotten two rooms and they were Filthy. The rooms and beds didn't look like they had been cleaned at all. We were moved to another set of rooms which were cleaner. One of the rooms door handle came off from inside. The clerk tried to fix it with a paperclip! Was offered another room but we had kids with us and had already had to move once and it was late. I normally don't have issues with this motel but I was truly not happy with this stay. I asked about maybe a discount on the rooms or maybe even one for another time for all the hassle of 1st dirty rooms and then broken door handles but nothing was offered just another room.
Cockroaches all over the room...dead and alive. If I didnt have my kids with me, i would have slept in the car. Worst stay of my life.
Nothing really pretty content .
The receptionist was very helpful with directions and suggestions . We were there for a veterans reunion and will be back next year for same . Looking forward to staying there .
Never fresh towels..only cleaned room 2 xs in 5 days
Need remodel too old smoking room
Cockroaches in the room Lizard in the room Bed bugs Blood stains on all pillows Mould Broken lights Rotten food scrap next to bed Dirt lining the point carpets meet walls The smell of urine
The only thing I liked was leaving the key at reception and driving 4 hours away from the Hotel
The room smelled a little, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the bathroom door swung the wrong way, the breakfast wasn't very good, and the AC took forever to cool the room.
Location was good.
My hotel room was clean. Very home like feel to it. The staff was great. And it was quiet, I already booked another night there!
Has the same name as the true Whitten, got confused in check in, shower is really short, wifi was not working , and the cleaning staff was at my door and 8 in the moring. Other then that is was a nice stay.
Not much, good location
Dead roaches under the bed. Very weak wi fi signal.
We enjoyed our stay during the July 4th was able to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from our room.
The roaches in the room to include the bathroom.
Jack rabbit slims across the street.
a cocroach laying on the floor.
overall it was good.
Very limited continental breakfast choices and no fresh fruit.
Was close to expo center.
No hair dryer
Non smoking rooms definitely smelled like smoke
I will never stay there again
front desk ... snarled at me room was totally delapidated .. tub had rusted chips .. flooring filthy .. bedding was old and had cig burns .. dust and grime everywhere .. terrible experience .. and i am a very tolerate guy ...
zero .. i am pretty sure they stuck me in with the weekly rentals .. if i had spent 30.00 i would have accepted it .. but for the $68 i was a shame .. pitiful
It is an old motel. There was cigarette holes in comforter. I asked for a smoking room but think the cigarette holes were a tad much. Furniture was very old and worn.
It was a big room. Had an icebox and microwave. Pretty comfortable bed.
The shampoo was pathetic. Bring your own.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The facility was obviously older but every effort was made to establish a professional yet budget friendly inn. The breakfast was complimentary with the usual waffles, cereal, and sweet rolls.
