room very good, good breakfast
The breakfast staff was nice. Continental breakfast was consistent. Inexpensive.
There was no crib available as requested. It was a little difficult to baby proof the room (i.e. outlet covers were falling off). Towels were not always available for the pool. This hotel was further from the plaza (i.e. all the places to eat, things to do) than we'd realized; it wouldn't have been a problem, except there are not sidewalks the entire way, so it was tricky to walk with a stroller. The clerk who checked us in was not friendly or understanding of our needs.
Nice heated pool, nice hot tub, clean room, affordable, convenient location, continental breakfast
can't think of anything
good location and convenient. smiley faces at front desk
too many splashing kids in pool but that's to be expected at a family place. we would have liked an adult time!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool.
No elevator to the 2nd floor. The outside is needing some repair work done
Pool and hot tub
Checked in got room key went to room guy standing in room with curtains and door open. Back to office second key went to dark room opened door to security lock. Guy comes out and I start to apologize. Back to office third time I asked if someone would go make sure room was empty. It was.
Not very clean. Needs updates. The pictures in internet look way nicer than they actually are!!
Very friendly staff. Clean.
We had to go get coffee and cups each day. Breakfast was lacking.
This place was very good for a restful sleep. Only spent one night , but it was a good set up. Clean room and quiet surroundings. Staff was very helpful and courtious.
The free breakfast was a little small, but so was the dining area. Maybe needs eggs and sausage with it.
Location was good
Bathroom light did not work properly, when you flipped the switch it would take anywhere from 5 seconds to over a minute to come on. Carpet had 3 big stains on it. Dead bolt lock did not work. We stayed for 4 nights and had to go get toilet paper and towels because they only cleaned our room on the third day because I complained. We went with numerous family members and we all had problems with the cleaning if our rooms. We all decided we would not stay there again. We usually go once a year for a week
Hotel rents out weekly and monthly dogs and men standing around drinking beer
Value - low room rate
Breakfast - orange juice was very watered down
The location was good. If you are too near to town the traffic is absolutely ridiculous.
Seems New Mexico has just figured out that smoking in rooms is not the norm. We were in a non-smoking room that smelled like it had years of smoke embedded in the walls and carpet.
Location & parking
Rooms need updating. Shower facet was hard to adjust. Bed could be more comfortable.
the fire place
we wont stay up stairs again
The staff was polite
I missed the little nice lotion, hair conditer, coffee in the room, the little things that make it nice. Now the shampoo and soap is in incovient containers on the wall. You need to go to the desk if you would like coffee in your room. the special little things that make it just a bit more comfortable.
Room was acceptable in size and equipment.
Loud party going on at a neighboring room. Had to call front desk to complain at 2AM. It quieted down for a couple hours when the same female voice got loud again. Had to get coffee from the front desk in the morning.
Quiet, clean and comfortable with a great indoor pool which we unfortunately we did not have time to use.
Wifi was nice.
There was Fox News playing at breakfast. It was really loud.
Nothing stands out; it was a place to stay for the night
2 staff member said they were maintenance from the hotel staff coming to the room needing to check on wifi. Seemed shady beings we didn't ask 4 help in that regard. Came unexpectedly
No coffee in the room, old mattress, dirty towel left behind the bathroom door, thin walls
They made goodie bags for each of the hockey players upon arrival. Great easy location. We were there for our annual hockey tournament.
There was no soap at all either in the bathtub/bathroom. I asked the front desk and their soap was on backorder he handed me a big bar, which was not a big deal, but then Housekeeping brought to our room a bag of soap and I couldn't put the bag of soap in the shower. Plus it had someone's fake eyelashes stuck onto the container. The property is rin down. Plus the breakfast table we say on was so unstable and very difficult to sit at. Little variety. I ended up have stale toast for breakfast
The water doesn't get hot only lukewarm. Beds are hard. Found hairs in tub before we used it.
Staff was wonderful, helpful, facilities were very clean!
Beds were a little hard could be a little softer?
Loooved the indoor hot tub, it was perfect after snowboarding all day. The waffle machine for breakfast couldnt be beat either.
