Score from 730 reviews Good
You can hear everything that is going on outside the room from inside. Very loud in the morning.
It is quiet. The villa is located on the back side street behind Duval Street. Parking is horrendous. The property as a whole has very few parking spaces and cars get double/triple parked. You have too leave your keys at the front desk for them to move cars as needed. You are in great walking distance to the action on Duval St, but it is a long walk up to Mallory Square. The bed is comfortable and shower is nice.
Everything in the villa is built crooked, frame, windows, moulding; makes it much less attractive. Hot tub area is up a very steep spiral staircase. The foliage is very overgrown. Only 1 bright deck light works up there; none of the mood lights. The water was very cloudy and appeared unkept or monitored. The kitchen supplies are very minimal and appliances run down. The den TV is propped up by a hardback book which is bending in half from the heat/humidity. That room has no a/c so very hot; just a fan. We had fun in Key West all in all but would most likely not stay here again. Also, pool area could be beautiful but it is too overgrown and none of the lights wrapped around the palm trees worked. Breakfast was decent and appreciated. The place needs much work.
Offered an upgrade to Pool Room with bigger bed and slightly better mattress Pool looked inviting but as we checked out after one night didn't get chance for a dip.
Bathroom tiny. Shower/ toilet very cramped easy to bang your head on the way in. Kitchen sink also Used as wash basin and kitchen equipment in corner of bedroom. Fan & fridge very noisy as was pool house equipment just outside. Reception area and 'Welcome' could be improved.
No hot water.
Air conditioners very loud, need to be replaced.
No closet. Smoke detector chirped all night the first night, couldn't reach any staff including the emergency number, the solution by staff was to remove it the next day. It was not replaced during 4 night stay. Not an impressive property.
Close proximity to everything! Relaxing environment.
not keeping what was offer on line you place your reservation base on what you see.
The room had patches that were not painted and a broken light bulb in the bathroom.
Big area outside, nice pool heated, beds comfy!
No parking they say first come first serve so busy no street parking had to pay meter! Very small room for four, lighting limited very dark! I think too much money can stay at southernmost point hotel plentypkg
no plce to park, and nobody from the staf cared.
Location couldn't be better
Breakfast was not good at all. Nobody there to do refills. Mostly packaged products nearly anything fresh
Location is great for exploring Key West. It was great to have a pool and free parking too.
Breakfast is first come first served so make sure you're there early. The wifi could be a bit sporadic but it was free. Bikes are hired out at $20 per day and are not included.
The location is perfect. Continental breakfast choices were good. The cats were friendly. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Kitchen counters were infested with ants. Bathroom vent was filthy and when on, the dirt and dust from the vent landed on the clean towels.
Location on Duval Street, easy walk to favorite spots, room decor and amenities, privacy, price, free breakfast, heated pool, friendliness of staff, ongoing improvements to property.
The location is good right on Duval and walking distance to all attractions.
Guest were in the pool at 2:30 AM and very loud. The Wi-Fi system was very slow or at times did not work. The pictures of the place are far more attractive then the actual facility. Parking is very limited.
The location is perfect for going out at night. The area is ideal for bike riding. Close to the ocean and sight seeing.
Noisy if you stay on the weekend. The location is next to a lot of bars. Do not rent a car there is no place to park and the streets are very congested. Plan on walking, biking, or using a taxi to get around.
Staff great looking courteous young people
Nothing but it would be nice if they let know their guests arriving later at night the wifi passcode so that as soon as one [ocks up the key in the box -since the oofice is closed-one may send an email to family saying "we arrived alrighty!" We had to wait till the office opened next day to get the wifi passcode.Everythng else was grrrreat!
Location is great and the place is pretty
No hot water. Complainted several times and did not get resolved. I asked to speak to the manager and I'm still waiting for him to call me after 3 weeks.
Manager is very friendly and helpful as well as the staff
Breakfast closed at 9:30am, a bit early for a late night town.
The atmosphere that they have created in the pool & breakfast area is nice.Thats where it stops. Nice size room but rather beat furniture. For what they charge need serious upgrading!
Beds not made, room dirty, maids forgot something every day I mean every day we were there 7 days.Forgot washrags forgot towells, forgot soap, forgot to empty trash, had to get stopper for tub, toilets rarely cleaned toasters needed replacing, bad banana left in fridge Hans & Sue Pa.
This was our second choice after booking.com had, in my opinion, nearly ruined our holiday trip by overbooking our first choice and leaving it late to inform us. The location was fantastic, right on Duval Street, but still really quiet.
Not overly impressed by the breakfast as the toasters took ages.
poor breakfast no hot water problem with ice machine
Room was clean and the old wood floors and décor was great
Other guest using porch at night right outside our room window
