Staff is wonderful. Particularly Josu (??). Went above and beyond the call to ensure guests were comfortable. Thank you! Room was nicely renovated. Breakfast is very good, and a big attraction.

we were on a 1st floor room and soundproofing was not great. we could hear steps from the room above, more than I would have expected.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was over and above! The rooms were really cool and the pool area felt resort like.

The customer service at the Front Desk was AWESOME. I believe Shawn was the person who greeted and delighted me.

We had a very relaxing time and will return to say as it is only 5 minutes away from the hotel

I liked the ambiance

I didn't like the water pressure and the size of the room. I would think it would be bigger for the price.

Street locations was horrible with traffic Indoor seating for breakfast was so small that many had to eat outdoors in 30 degree weather It is a converted low-end motel, sold at higher than Marriott rates

Cute, colorful - like being in Mexico. Very functional room. Good shower. Excellent free breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value. Would like to go back when we could enjoy the pool and courtyard.

Climbing the stairwell with our bags. Could have used a dresser in the room. It was large enough to support. Basically everything was fine or better.

Wild Palms hotel was very convenient for both business meetings and socializing at local restaurants after the business day had ended.

The room is clear and staff is very friendly.

The location, the prize, the "funky" decor, the cleanness,the well kept grounds.

Everything is great -- apart from the internet

The internet line is shared among all guests. The connection is OK when the hotel is empty, but when its full and its evening, I could not read my email.

The service and complimentary breakfast were excellent.

The decor was showing its age, but clean and perfectly acceptable.

Should have had blankets

The room was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly what I needed. Free wi-fi is excellent.

I don't like motels, for their lay-out and lack of central restaurant, bar, lounge areas. If I had known this was a motel I would not have booked it.

There was no access to room service; no tea or decaf in the room. Not like sister Jodi de giver in san Jose.

I liked the tropical decor and the helpful staff.

It took me a day to figure out the entrance and exit via car. The road was confusing.

The bathroom sink - not user friendly Popcorn ceilings - have to go. Staff was cold and not very friendly. Lamps were cheap / on-off buttons hardly worked. Blinds were not of high quality. Looked like Home Depot version. Fan in bathroom was extremly loud. Microwave would have been nice. Refrigerator was not cold. Air conditioner to loud. No bottled water at the complimentary breakfast. Pastries obviously from Costco. ;-( The hotel was an upgraded Motel 6 with awnings and and an open air lobby to "appear" like it was "Wild Palm" like. I couldn't figure out if the place was redecorated to look like a Hawaiian Island or a lobby in an old Mexican Hotel. Mixed message in decore. I would have fired the interior decorator. Popcorn ceilings should be taken away before putting a sheet over the bed. Popcorn ceilings give away the foundation of the motels origins. Hated the sink. Looked cool at first but when actually useing it it was not functional or user friendly to wash your face and brush your teeth. I would not stay at his 'H"Motel again.

Almost everything. Only one little complaint.

The faucet at the sink was hard to get the hot water on. Too complicated for us old folks.

A very comfortable room with a large flat panel TV, a super clean environment and room. A very good breakfast and a promotional price that made it an excellent deal.

conveniently located in center of Palo Alto, Mountain View , Cupertino etc.Everything can be reached easily within 30 mins or less.

Airco's need upgrading. Central Gate is noisy

Island decor and nice destination design.

The rooms facing the street are noisy, a fire department is in the same neighborhood.

Good location if you have meetings in the Valley and you travel by car. Interriors are quite nice, rooms are good and clean, pool is nice)

Breakfast is simple with very little variety and options.
