Location and value.
Air conditioner was too noisy, had to turn it off to sleep.
We love Sedona have been coming to the area for years. With two kids I'm on a tight budget but I still wanted them to enjoy the hotel experience. They had a blast! The staff is very friendly the hotel was very clean.
No pool, the fireplace didn't work in our room, and I had to move the microwave to another spot because the outlet didn't work when it was.
Small and clean. Super new firm beds. Young ladies for inn keeper is kind of nice.
everything. cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, value for money. a wonderful hotel i would certainly recommend
extreme value for the cost of the room. Excellent and bed, and the view of the mountains was great! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
The bed was amazing, loved how comfortable & spacious!
Clean, comfortable & cheap!
Patio furniture on the viewing deck needs updating, other than that, for the price, it can't be beat in Sedona.
This was a spur of the moment stop over, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were very please with this hotel, the staff was helpful and went above the call of duty when we asked any question or needed help. And the view was exceptional. We were able to see Bell Rock from our room and there's a viewing deck to enjoy the scenic sunset.
Needed more soap 1 for shower and 1 for sink
Friendly staff too. Superb views of Bell Rock, away from the touristy over-commercialised centre of Sedona, some nice places to eat within walking distance.
Staff everything in good shape, friendly, nice view of mountain Az summer just plain hot wherever you go.
Had trouble setting A/C to just right temp. Not cool enough outside yet to open windows. My ice cream melted to fast
The location was good as far as views go but it's on the edge of Oak Creek Village so things in Sedona itself are driving distance rather than walking distance. The room was large and comfortable and it was a good stay. The waffle maker at breakfast was a nice touch.
The problem we had was the shower being faulty. The switch between the bath tap and the shower head would not stay in position so only a trickle came out. On reporting this after our first night we were told they would look but no maintenance person was available and as a result we had only a dribble shower the second night of our stay too.
The evening clerk left our check-in materials for us in their parking lot box, which was a great help since we arrived so late. Also, the bed was quite comfortable.
The morning front desk clerk received a call while we were getting our coffee to which she rudely stated, "I don't speak Spanish" and hung up. It seemed racist and ethnocentric. This would be the main reason I couldn't possibly recommend this motel to anyone.
location view room size
very limited breakfast options for the room price front desk girl
No swimming pool
Location and room.
Coffee maker wasn't good.
The view. Good breackfast. Large room.
No fridge and microwave although booking.com room's description mentions it.
The staff was friendly as we checked in.
Tub smelled of mildew. We paid for the jacuzi but didn't use it because of that. It looked clean, however. The towels are dingy and stiff. There was not a blow dryer which has become standard in other places we've stayed in. We chose not to eat the breakfast because waffle batter was all over the counter, used paperware was left around so we couldn't sit inside to eat. The clerk was sitting at the desk 5 ft. away, disengaged yawning, not even attempting to clean up. The bathroom had not been scrubbed. The tile discolored. We were very dissapointed in that we use moderate priced motels in our travels but this was substandard. I'm so sorry to point these things out and do so only in hopes of helping. We won't stay at Wildflower again.
The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean. For being an older motel it is very nice. Loved the view and a good place to eat across the street where you get a discount while staying at the wildflower.. will be going back again..
The toilets in the room are very low. Hard for me having leg problems.
Great, Great Location.
They are on hold money too much. I think security deposite has to be less than 100 dollar. it was more than double
Nice location n beautiful window view
I gave my son and his new wife their honeymoon trip to Sedona. Sedona has long been a favorite place for my family. They loved it so much they extended their stay 1 more day and night. They called me to say "everything is just great."
My son's remark, "Mom, our honeymoon ended too soon."
we rented one room that the air conditioner didn't work, the other room had a smoke alarm that beeped for half the night.
Limited breakfast options
