Great price, nice clean rooms and close to Passionfish!!

The inside of the rooms were pretty and clean. We got a free king size upgrade :) Great location, close to shopping and Monterey.

The toilet seat didn't fit right :/ and not great pillows.

Location and price. Breakfast, coffee was marginal.

The room was very pleasant, clean and smelled fresh. The waffle maker was a great homey addition, in the breakfast room. Remodeled with modern colors and bathroom fixtures. Great location in Pacific Grove.

Could hear people going up stairs and talking in next room.

Location was great as we walk a lot. The free seasonal trolley took us to Monterrey when we wanted a ride. The room was comfortable. Although the breakfast area was small there were trays to carry our food to our room.

We were not aware that the Inn had a State warning about cancer causing chemicals???. The notice was posted on the wall away from the office. Had I seen it earlier in our stay I probably would not have stayed. The Inn's guest information talked about security but there was no room safe and on 2 occasions when we returned from an outting our door was not closed. I thought I had left it open the first time but the second time the maid service was next door. I asked if our room had been made up and was told it was just finished. With the door not secured I wonder if we had not returned when we did what might have happened. As we arrived by shuttle we had no car to keep anything safe,

Calm place, yet close enough to all the good places in Monterey

We liked the location...Pacific Grove is a lovely town that hasn't changed in years. You can walk to the beach and appreciate the natural beauty of the area. The hotel was a little dated, but clean with a decent bed to sleep in. The bathroom was newly remodeled with modern fixtures; the shower was excellent. The walls were very thin, but most of the people were quiet.

Gutes Zimmer im Bauernstil, sauber und Bequem. Kafeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank. Renoviertes Bad. Guter kontinentaler Frühstück.

24-std Rezeption = umschlag mit schlüssel an der Tür (für jeden greifbar). Gasbrennerheizung. Keine Esstische im Lobby, nur draussen (im Frühling morgens noch zu kalt), also Frühstück im eigenen Zimmer. Steckdosen etwas weit (an der Eingangstür).

The cost of the room for the quality was terrible - they almost doulbled the price because it was Memorial Day weekend. More upsetting was a sign in from of the hotel telling of possible contamination. My granddaugher took a picture but I don't have it but will try to get a copy from her when she comes home from camp and send it to you. The people were okay but those two factors along would make me not recommend it to anyone.

Location was good, Staff was friendly, Room was clean, Flat screen TV & wireless internet, Frig & microwave, Bed was comfortable. Nice large bath towels.

Being right on the road, Traffic noise made it hard to sleep, Room was dated, no instructions to turn on the old-style wall heater, Minor cosmetics: torn screen in bathroom, crack in sink, grout in shower floor looked mildewed, toilet loud when flushed.
