Very quaint place. Nice large room and good breakfast to get you going
We loved the homey feel of the room. The beds were a little sqeeky but very comfortable.
The room The terrace The decoration The atmosphere The town
The coziness of the place itself.
Train whistle in the middle of the night.
Clean rooms, staff was helpful with late checkin, good breakfast, nice neighborhood and location.
Rooms are small, very bad wifi and unsecured, no staff available at office counter even if you ring the bell.
WiFi didn't work...ever!
I loved the old time style and comfort.
There was not enough running water for all guest at peak times...
Location, value relative to area, pleasant and accommodating staff, decent continental breakfast.
Weak coffee, beds not the best, inconsistent attention to towels, laundry, cleaning. Would not mind keeping towels for a few days if somewhere to hang them and a published policy. Decent place, not top luxury.
Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly.
Room was small.
Very accommodating. We arrived early and was able to check in with no problem. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and quaint. We would stay there again.
Location was great, rooms were nicely decorated.
Mattresses need to be changed, they are on their last legs. Wi FI signal was weak in our room.
the Inn is very close to the centre of town ,so no need to use your car once you get there. In the morning you can sit outside your room, on the veranda and eat your breakfast.
Quaint setting. Great staff. Great location.
Worn out mattress
Quaint place. Walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable and quiet. Didnt know we had neighbors till the next morning when they walked past the window. Looking forward to our next visit! .
Having to go home
I like the quaintness of the Inn. That we had a table and chairs outside our room to sit & drink our coffee each morning. And the manager, Connie was very nice & friendly.
Great location at the end of the main street. Easy walking to restaurants/shops. The king bed was comfy and the bed and bath linens were quality. Nice tv though we didn't use it. Frig and microwave in room. Simple but clean and comfortable.
Coffee was awful but there is a coffee shop just around the corner for my "coffee snob" fix.
Great people who work there.
No major complaints at all.
We checked in late and they left a key for us on the front desk with a personalized note. This was a nice small town feel. It was super cute from the outside and inside too. Just wished the bed was more comfortable.
The bed was not comfortable and people were sitting right outside our window on the patio early in the morning chatting it up while we were trying to sleep.
Location. It's on route 66 and close to everything, restaurants, stores, etc...Near Grand Canyon Railway station.
WiFi did not work.
Welcoming little hotel with some nice touches
Comfortable and interesting rooms - more like a home than a hotel. Friendly staff Excellent location
Would have loved to be able to make tea/coffee in the room
