“ a very clean room for an affordable price - super nice staff accommodated my later ( 10pm) arrival - it's not a super fancy place, older furnishings, but super comfortable bed - better than some places that I've paid 2x as much or more - would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. ”

I've stayed here two years in a row and find it a nice location with friendly owners along with a great value for your money. Beds are very comfortable and the location with a steram nearby is very pleasant, restaurant conveniently located.

A fabulous deal for the $. The woman staff/ownerf person let me use her phone for free because I lost mine. Very quiet. Nice view.Walk to good restaurant. Big room. Relaxing. For what I wanted to pay couldn't have been better. For those who want luxury this isn't for you, but I didn't want it.

This is a well-organised motel with friendly staff. Breakfast was also included. It is on the outskirts of Williamstown but given Williamstown's compact size, this does not pose a problem.

Very affordable! It is difficult because they were having renovations to improve the rundown state of the building to bring it up to standard and the workmen were in at workmen hours not holiday hours. Once renovated it will still be acheap place to stay overnight or on your way through. It was clean and the new owner apologised for the inconvenience, as they of course must make a living while making improvements.

It was cheap! Old, could use good cleaning and new rug and toilet seat. Lighting in bathroom over sink did not work. Musty smell. Needed to keep air conditioner on all night to breathe.

Its location is good for various activities in the Berkshires, Its rates, while not especially low for what is being provided, were reasonable when compared to those of other places in the area. A group of other guests were outside talking loudly and drinking. This is my second stay at the motel and and it also happened then. Regarding the room itself, two of the lamps had bulbs missing.

Very kind staff, clean beds & bathroom and the price fit our sad budget. Carpeting was not clean & felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on it. The ice machine did not really accomodate all of its guests and breakfast that was offered was too late to partake.

Location was good. Plenty of hot water for shower. Based on price - the room lived up to my expectations. Both crank out windows had broken handles and could not be closed/locked - as a result we had to take everything out of the room when we went out for the day. Spider web with dead bugs between window and celing. Can't have toilet flushed during shower or you'll get burned. Free breakfast consisted of 2 choices of cereal, blueberry mini muffins, oatmeal, english muffins (stale) with butter, jelly & cream cheese. Coffee with powdered creamer.

Budget accommodation suitable for a short stopover. Room was clean and tidy. In need of a refurbishment especially the bathroom. Breakfast was basic but given the cost of accommodation, it was appropriate. I would have preferred breakfast elsewhere.

Not recommended. The owners were genuine and carried one of our bags. However the room was dirty and rundown. The bedsheets were stained with blood and dirty and had not been changed from the previous guests - there were cigarette holes in the curtains, and the mattress was also stained. The light over one of the beds did not work. The breakfast was good - bread, english muffins, juice, cereal, fruit, coffee. We paid nearly 100 dollars for the night and managed to get a thirty dollar refund. However, we would not recommend this motel. We have stayed in hostels and backpackers but they were clean in comparison

Family running the place was pleasant and polite. Room had adjustable a/c and a fan to keep the temperature where we liked it. The beds were pretty comfy and the bathroom was cleaner than mine at home. Multiple old stains on the carpet were a little gross. The sides of the mattresses were also stained with what I really hope wasn't blood (but kind of looked like it), and these were visible as the sheets only tucked over the first mattress. They should replace the mattresses or if not that, use bedskirts or something to at least hide that staining because it's quite unpleasant. Exterior of the motel is in dire need of repainting, as it is peeling badly. This was the only place in town that we saw still had a vacancy on the weekend of a major college graduation and I think I know why. Prefer the Williamstown Motel on Route 2.
