Score from 8 reviews Good
Very comfortable and near all needed amenities.
Location of motel and large comfortable room.
Staff attentive and friendly
Lighting in room somewhat dim
The hotel is clean, equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The owners have a nice personal touch, including giving us a sweet welcome bag of goodies--ranging from water, to some sweets--the point is they tried to make the welcome something personal. Overall, an excellent experience and a motel I would highly recommend
Very small, no closet. Should have a mirror in the bedroom part. Needs upgrade in bathroom on caulking. Shower water fixtures were backward.Hotwater marked cold and visa versa.
A classic motel and amazing value for money. Room perfectly comfortable and clean which is really all you need. Position for us was great as we wanted to visit The Clarke in Williamstown and also Mass MoCA up the road in North Adams. Owners were delightful. Breakfast good for motel style.
Good room size with useful furniture. Shower worked well and safe to use with non slip surface.
Hard beds and lack of bins.
Very clean, good Wi FI, very friendly staff. Nice location, well-maintained, felt very comfortable the whole time.
We went on parent's weekend for Williamstown (by accident) so the room was pricey, but we were glad to get it and it was worth the money since it fit our travel perfectly.
Very welcoming staff. The room was clean and very cozy. slept like a baby.
The hotel owner was very welcoming and helpful. Nice sitting area outside. Reasonably central to the town. Good supermarket nearby.
Friendly booking in and owner chatted with guests at breakfast. Good night's sleep. Food was nice quality.
Bathroom could have done with a better clean. Coffee maker didn't work.
Owner/proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. The motel was quite clean and homey.
Everything - given the price we felt this was the best of the 13 hotels we stayed in on a recent tour of New England
Perhaps the complementary breakfast could be improved - but I'm struggling to find a flaw!
What a treasure. This was a darling room w/everything we needed. It was small, but very comfortable w/a wise use of space. It was a refurbished Motel from yesteryear and beautifully done. And the setting across from the Williamstown University was lovely. It had so much character and charm. The breakfast was a nicely done continental w/good choices for toast, cereal, juices and they even had fresh strawberries!! We definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. You will be pleasantly pleased.
Reasonable price, good sized room and fridge. Quiet at night for sleeping. Really nice breakfast each morning and very attentive friendly owners.
Area was seedy. Motel was old and run down.
Very friendly welcome from staff, very clean, full of character, good continental breakfast
The mattress is too soft and the room is too small
Price, convenience, staff, good (for us) breakfast included, property well maintained. Room had fridge and microwave. Bed good and firm.
room very cramped, though had all necessary facilities. Not sure, but may have gotten bed bug bites.
Breakfast was great. All aspects reflect real care by the staff. Excellent value.
Staff very helpful.
- Price - convenient location - Extremely nice staff - could not be nicer, eager to please. - Comfortable - new mattresses in many rooms including ours
Nothing major. Maybe dust off exhaust fan in bathroom. Add shower curtain liner.
The owners were extremely nice, helpful people. They made the stay very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable
Clean, well appointed, respectable.
Small, TV out, breakfast in crowded, not pleasant environment. We didn't participate.
Good value. Staff was helpful. Not far from the town.
Had problems with the wi-fi.
