SUPER squeaky bed
The people at the front desk were really friendly.
The first room they gave me apparently the toilet had over flown from the last guest and there were wet towels all over the floor. The bed wasn't made in that room and there used kleenex everywhere. I informed the man at the front desk and he immediately put me in another room
first room they gave us, the heating unit was completely broke and there was water standing in the tub. after speaking with the front desk, they moved us to a room that was better but so far away from the front desk, the wifi couldnt connect. It was so inconvenient to shower because you had to hold the shower head in one hand to get wet, set it back then wash yourself, then pick it back up (attached to a long cord with no where to hook it so u can wash with 2 hands). All of the fluorescent bulbs were about to go out and flickered so much, I couldnt stand for them to be on.
It was a horrible stay, unfriendly staff dirty rooms
How you didn't or couldn't get breakfast at 9:00am
It smelled bad
Internet, customer service, housekeeping, location to where I needed. Price
Not much on the free breakfast. No eggs or protein. Just carbs
what you see is what you get...it is worth the price nothing more
had no expectations!
Tried out two rooms, both had non smoking sign on them, but the cigarette smell was so strong that I could not fall asleep. If you are a smoker, this is probably fair value for the money.
Rooms where quiet, clean and cheap!. I booked online, so I was not able to view the property before I arrived. First glance, I wanted to turn around, but gave it a shot anyway. I truly expected roaches, but there weren't any, which my stay tolerable.
Mostly locals or homeless residing in the hotel on a weekly or monthly basis. I say that because, my car sat in that huge parking lot out front for 3 days by itself, which made me think the hotel was empty, but people were in the rooms. Also, wifi never worked, so I spent a lot of time in the library and free breakfast is a joke.
The price was awesome my room was very clean bed very comfortable
The lobby stinks has an old smell so as the room
location and convience
My online price was $60.00 and the hotel marquee was advertising $49.00...I felt cheated.
All of the other hotels were leveraging the fact that most hotels were sold out and the prices were ridiculous. Budgeted Inn was reasonable and accommodating on a very short notice.
The facilities could be a little more modern.
You was in walking distance of shopping
When we checked in no toilet paper tub water would not turn off no phone in room and no HBO
1-inch gap between the door and floor; someone had obviously tried to force the door at one time, as the swing lock on the inside was bent; there was rust along the baseboard in the bathroom, and the bathtub had part of the porcelain polished veneer missing. And outside our room, and all alomg the walkway in front of the rooms, there were wires hanging down in spots. I probably would not stay again.
The manager did attempt to correct the situation.
A room was booked for two adults and 1 child --- for a king bed with a sofa sleeper. A handicapped room was requested both in the amenities and in the additional information section noting the handicapped requirements. The first room did not have a handicapped bath or commode. The next room had an accessible bath, but only a full size bed and no accommodations for the child. The next room also did not have accommodation for a child or handicapped equipment. The fourth room was slightly better but the AC fan was clanging extremely loudly. Then we we're shown another room and it was obviously a smoking room. All the rooms smelled less than ideal. The manager then said he would replace the old AC unit and bring a roll- away bed. When I opened the pillow case there were dead little brown insects inside. If we had not already paid for two nights we would have left. It was that bad. There we're grab bars in the bath but the commode height was not ADA and the sink and counter we're slanting down so much that things rolled off. Amazingly awful.
The staff is very rude. Most of the lights didn't work in the room. TV remote didn't work. Carpet was soaked near the bathroom area. The bathroom door did not have a latch so you couldn't close the door. Worst part of all is that the shower only had hot water so you couldn't take a shower without burning yourself. I called the front desk and I told them about the problems and I got no apologies just said nothing I could do for you since their was no other rooms. I thought we could get some type of discount but said they couldn't because I booked through booking.com. The room definitely wasn't worth $119. a night
It had a microwave, as well as a fridge that was nice and cold. The TV was adequate, bed mattresses were comfortable enough for one night. (The pillows were OK, but I used my own)The bathtub and tile looked new.
Yellowed sheets (anyone there heard of Clorox?!) SUPER rough towels that were frayed and similar to what I'd use to wash my car with...Thick dust lining the perimeter of the carpet where the vacuum cleaner did not get close enough to the wall. My headboard hung on the wall by a screw that was not secure and it fell off the wall during the night. The air conditioner cut off when it reached a certain temp, and could not be coaxed to turn on again. We had to run the fan just to get some air. The coffee maker was so dirty, it looked like they'd just bought it at Goodwill, and a complete lack of caulking around the bathroom sink looked unfinished and reminded me of some awful gas station. Overall not anywhere I'd recommend. Plus it wasn't cheap. Never again.....
Staff was rude and lacked and customer service skills
Dead roaches everywhere. Room was musty smelling. Towels looked used and unclean. I would not even walk barefoot in the room it was so nasty. For 129$ it should have been much better. Other guests while checking out told me their room was just as bad. This is the type of place prostitutes and drug dealers use. Comfort Inn and Ramada are near by. Stay there instead.
It was available otherwise a complete "dump."
Dirty and in very poor repair. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend them.
NASTY FRIG AND STOPPED UP TUB! OTHER THAN THAT IT PROBALY WOULD HAVE BEEN OK. I SHOULD RECIEVE A FREE DAY TO COME BACK!!!
The house cleaning ladies were super nice.
It was so dirty.the pool was slimmy n had stuff growing in it.the construction people staying there were drunk n fighting n cursing all night.then there were needles out side in the morning where myself and my family walked.the ice machine didn't work.the shower rods were so rusted the shower head was so rusted you didn't get full pressure.
