Nice location in downtown LA., plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Very good Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood. Traffic noise was quite loud at night. Expensive parking. No view on Hollywood sign as their website promises. No minibar in the room. Overall not really good value for money. |

to be honest, the traffic situation is quite good, near to the metro and easy to find direction 1) full of families guests with lots of kids. kept on crying the whole night; 2) the elevator is so old and i do worry the safety each time i use it. 3) bed-closing is so ... it is hard for me to say if the cloth is clean or not. |

Staff was efficient and reasonably friendly, could have been a bit more welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was very efficient and quick to retrieve car when needed. Amenities in room seemed a little stingy (soaps, shampoos, information on local restaurants and attractions, etc.) |

I thought the price for the hotel wasn't bad, can't complain and room is comfortable. Staff are fairly helpful and friendly. I don't have much to complain, there was a door in my room which I can hear the other room, the sound proof wasn't really good |

We were close to all the places we wanted to go ... Hollywood Blvd, Universal Studios, Melrose, Restaurant in the hotel didn't offer dinner. There aren't really food places around which are open on the weekend. The rooms where not really up-to-date. |

Concierge went out of his way to assist with a tour booking. Generally staff were friendly but couldn't assist a simple request like having a place to freshen up later after check out. I had to check out at 12 noon for a flight that departed 10.30pm. I know that's not part of the deal - but it would have made a big difference! |

First of all, the location of the hotel was not in a good area where I would ever take my family. The hotel was an older hotel, the air conditioner and did not work very good. I arrived at the room at 7 pm and turned on the A.C. and it was not until 2 am that the room cooled off. Needless to say, I did not sleep much that night do to sweating most of the night. |

The hotel staff were helpful and we were an easy cab ride from Universal Studios. The hotel is located in the financial district, so for a leisure traveller, there is not a lot to see/do within walking distance. |
