I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was terrible. The hotel room was dirty and run down. Sheets were reap and paper wall was coming of the walls, the carpet was stain and very noise. We also had to pay $22.00 on parking for one day. Would not stay or recommend this hotel. Make sure you read the reviews before booking it.

From the outside It looks nice. Location isn't too bad We stayed in room 830, it seemed haunted, the water would turn on by itself at 3 in the morning. Each one of us had nightmares when we slept there. The valet were extremely rude. The room was pretty cheap compaired to the other hotels in Los Angeles so in try end I guess you pay for what you get.

Great location, right opposite a metro subway station, metro bus stops, plenty of nearby restaurants, near to both Hollywood and Downtown. Great view over the city and the Hollywood Hills from the room with a view. Staff were helpful with arranging car hire, parking, local information etc. Pretty standard city hotel but couldn't ask for more for what we paid. The need to pay a security deposit after I've already paid the bill prior to arrival. I've left credit card imprints at hotels in the past prior to paying a bill (as I would at the end of the stay) but never have I needed to leave a deposit on top of a paid bill anywhere in the world. It was more inconvenient for the fact it left me $200 dollars short while I was overseas. It wouldn't stop me staying there again for what it's worth but a little forewarning would have been helpful so I could have budgeted for this.

Nothing I like. Very disappointed. For the money I paid I was very disappointed. Very dirty, they still use comforters, should changed to only white sheets and a duvet cover. Rugs dirty, smell musty. The bathroom paint was peeling. I was so depressed with the environment that I wanted out! Will not recommend, will not stay there.

Location is good right next to the subway. Beware parking is at $22 a night and for a 3 day stay the taxes were just under $100. What you see on the booking price isn't what you see at the end of your stay.

The location is just superb. . . . close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go in L.A.! The decor looks old. Worn out carpets in room and halls.

Requested a quiet room and extra pillows. Got a room by the elevators and no pillows. Don't ask what people want if you aren't going to deliver. valet car overnight with a full tank of gas. left the next morning with a 1/2 tank of gas. called the hotel sunday to talk to someone and only got voice mail. no call back. someone is stealing gas from overnight guests. i would not stay there again and will yelp to our experience.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Location close to my family. Bathroom was old and musty. Wallpaper shows signs of mold behind. Shower very fair. Renovation and improvements are necessary. Wifi was horrible. Could not access properly unless in lobby areas. Excercise room was old and not appealing to workout in. Equipment from dark ages. I was not a happy camper....I Would not consider returning, just for the location.

Honestly, nothing the hotel didnt differentiate itself as a Quality hotel. The ice machine on our floor was non-existent. The ice machine below us was broken. After checking in I got a call from Booking.com saying they had a rep from the hotel on the line cause of a credit card issue. I checked when I got back to the hotel no such phone call was placed from the hotel.

I really liked the view of Korea Town and the Hollywood sign. I stayed up all night working and the view from the 12th floor full wall window of the city lights was calming and motivating. I checked in stressed and way behind and left caught up and relaxed.

Very nice lobby but rooms were very shabby, very dated. The 'standard rooms we stayed in were ill equiped. No welcome brochure with list of amenities. Very loud constant noise coming from flat roof outside window. I had no hot water for two days, so couldn't take a hot shower. I complained twice and it took three visits from the plumber/engineer to sort it out. Breakfast poor with bad service.

Good to stay for a concert at the Wiltern. Within 10 minute walk. The hotel is obviously old, but provided a spot to relax instead of sitting in traffic. I'd do it again. Could use some cleaning of the carpets.

Very awful staff in the hotel. It was a business trip and all the costs had to pay my company. Stupid staff has done some troubles in the last day of our stay, because we had "outstanding" $200... normally it should be paid during check-out (in all hotels where we have been it was so), but they entered my room at 6:30 (!!!!) and asked to go to reception pay money now... My boss had to come at 7 A.M. to the hotel and make payment! Awful situation!!! Also staff at all was very poor. Services - everything for additional money... And not the best quality... Internet - $30/hour...
