i didnt like anything the hotel was smelly and the room was dirty and there were stain spots on the carpet, the sheets were smelly and wasnt clear, i got sick from staying there its such a poor hotel to stay in. i didnt like it at all |

The breakfast was a real high point in our stay at the Wilshire Plaza. We prepaid for our room with cash, and submitted our credit card for incidentals. The WilshirePlaza did not put a 200.dollar hold on our card as a deposit or insurance, but only for incidentals. Other hotels grab 200. dollars and hold it for days. Thank you! Staff very friendly and courteous,. When checking in, we were not told of the breakfast, nor offered a coupon/ticket. We only learned of the buffet from another guest just a half hour before it closed. The hotel clerk apologized. We Just don't like the expensive overnight parking fee. Missing a bench or table to set suitcases on, which wound up on the floor for unpacking and packing. |

its directly across the road from the normandie stop on the purple line of the metro. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and its very close to the grove shopping centre. its a bit pricey considering it's very dated and not what i would consider a plush hotel |

We enjoyed our stay here though it was next to the Metro there was not many Restuarants or shops nearby. We did not like the fact that the Restuarant was not open for Evening Meals and we had to eat at the seating area which was in the foey and not very private |

a lot of space in the room, nice view on hollydwood sign :), good location and transportation, nice and helpful stuff. not that clean as I wish, I had to leave the deposit like $50 and I took it back the last day.. |

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood with a metro station accros the street. Nice lobby with Starbucks coffee and a refreshing pool with great view. The rooms are a bit outdated. |

The room was clean, comfortable and a generous size. I looked forward to coming back to it each night. The staff were extremely helpful. Great value for money. The subway was right across the road as was the bus stop. Even though I was on the 11th floor the traffic noise was still quite vivid. |

Nice location in downtown LA., plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Very good Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood. Traffic noise was quite loud at night. Expensive parking. No view on Hollywood sign as their website promises. No minibar in the room. Overall not really good value for money. |

to be honest, the traffic situation is quite good, near to the metro and easy to find direction 1) full of families guests with lots of kids. kept on crying the whole night; 2) the elevator is so old and i do worry the safety each time i use it. 3) bed-closing is so ... it is hard for me to say if the cloth is clean or not. |

Staff was efficient and reasonably friendly, could have been a bit more welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was very efficient and quick to retrieve car when needed. Amenities in room seemed a little stingy (soaps, shampoos, information on local restaurants and attractions, etc.) |

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend direkt an der U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Wir hatte ein Zimmer im 9. Stock, gute Aussicht. Alles klasse!! |

Les prestations de l'hotel sont à la hauteur de son nom. La pisine est orientée plein sud. Métro à 2 pas. Service voitutrier très disponible. L'accueil très efficace : nous avons demandé a changer de chambre et le jour même avons eu satisfaction. Eviter les chambres côté Wilshire bvd car très bruyant. Les chambres côtés cour ont une vue exceptionnelle sur les collines de la. |
