Convenient to lots of places and much better than other run-down places don the street in a deteriorating neighborhood.

Bird poop on sidewalks, place is really run down and owners really do not seem to care. Some day they will tear this place down. This is a shame as place has potential. Simply maintaining walkways and updating tvs would be great.

Very comfortable, clean and the grounds are lovely.

Location. The price was reasonable but the room was rather disgusting. The young lady that worked at the desk was delightful and very helpful.

It was dirty and not well-maintained. The bed was not made properly...we could not sit on the balcony because there were no chairs. There was only one chair in the room that could be moved on the balcony. There was a door missing on the TV stand; the lamp was ripped and in poor condition. One lamp did not work and the other lamp had to be plugged in through the bed in order to work. This was definitely not a positive experience.

The very thin pillows, hard bed, broken slider, smell from sewage in driveway in the morning, no flatscreen tv, outlet in bath was BEHIND the sink so you can trip over your cords, and outdated fixtures

I was unable to check-in 45min early;so left came back 1 hr. Later. Room was Still not Ready due to a Dog Show who had a late Check Out?? After 3pm?? I'm from il which is a Very Long way to travel! I had get together set-up w/friends from SanDiego&Tucson in which I was over 1 hour late!! Which I missed because there was a Very short time left To Visit w/Them. And would not have happened if my room would have been ready! I should have not been charged for that nite at all!! So no...i am not happy with check in at all!! Sincerely, Alice M. Mahalovich

The location. Staff very helpful. Location was peaceful and quiet. Did not hear traffic, other hotel guest in next rooms, which is always a plus.

The lines did not appear to have been changed, rumpled , not fresh clean smell. Shower was not clean, went out to Target and bought some cleaning disinfectant to clean tub and toilet. Not enough towels, and towels were not thick but appeared to have been worn out :( The carpet had stains by the bedside. Patio area was a nice view to the lawn and swimming pool. When checking in the wrong dates were in the computer, but the receptionist was very helpful and had no problem booking me a room for the night. The rooms could just have been cleaner and more appealing.

Nothing, I booked room for two days but room was not what it discribe on line, bad customer service manager promise to accommodate me but later changed mine,

Clean sheets and towels daily. Room was large and quiet. Staff was accommodating but to limited. Breakfast was good when enough was provided for the large number of guests. Staff was friendly but pushed hard to get things taken care of as there were many, many guests and not nearly enough staff to accommodate. Had good hot water for showers.

Understaffed, entire complex needs updating. Cigerette holes in bedspread and blanket. Dirt on tile in bathrooms and paint on bathtubs and sinks, rusted drain covers in tub and sink. Floors in bathroom were patched and there was paint on bathroom cupboard that appeared to be mold. Most mornings breakfast room was overcrowded, not enough tabes and food was often gone by 8:30 if not earlier. Had to have them replace the hair dryer as it was a fire hazzard. Had to replace tv remote as it didn't work. Also pointed out a rug in the sitting area in lobby that elderly people were tripping on and they did not adjust. Just waiting for someone to fall badly on that one.

I loved the pool area, would have liked to have spent more time there.

Thought the rooms could stand some updating and the chair in our room had a rip in the arm.

reserved a king room 7 weeks in advance received 2 doubles. Old, dated and not at all like pictures. Would not return to the hotel again

The young lady at checking was so friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

Dirty and old. Around the baseboards are filthy and the tile in the bathroom dirty. The sliding door to back doesn't slide or latch. The continental breakfast was very poor. No fruit, yogurt eggs. The coffee was aweful. We ended up going elsewhere.

Beautiful lawns

Rooms were **, Breakfast nook **, Landscaping***. Its an old motel. We should have paid $20 less. The "Windemere" sign, although very large, was hidden by some schrubs or trees.

I rented this room for my daughter and son in law who were visiting us. We are in an rv Resort and did not have room for them to stay with us.

Furniture and counter tops were very old and badly stained and scratched. Bathtub stopper was rusted and did not work. I should have previewed the room before reserving it for them. Staff formed a line at the waffle maker ahead of guests at breakfast time. For the money I could have done better had I wanted them to travel a few more miles.

The convenience to our location of activities

There were problems with the water and we were not told about it and the evening of our stay here we were without water to shower and the use the bathroom. When I asked about it the next morning they just said that they were having problems with some pipes and did not offer to give us any kind of discount for our inconvenience.

The grounds were Beautiful!

We found the hotel to be going thru some hardships, grounds not maintained as they should. Which is very sad as the hotel has beautiful landscapes and should be maintained well. I hope it does not continue to go down hill.

We live in the mountains over 100 miles from Mesa, so we had the room so we wouldn't have to drive the whole thing in one day. I like the fact that it is close to the Dr.'s Office and the price was great! Good stay!

I like the in-room refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker and blow dryer. That inside grounds were very beautiful and the swimming pool was nice. There was a beautiful tree with blooming white flowers on it right outside our balcony it was very romantic

Bathrooms were old and the plumbing didn't work correctly. The buffet breakfast was very limited and not too many choices. From the outside it reminded me of a Motel 6.

I stayed at the same time as dog show attendees. Was awakened at 5:30 am by a yapping pack of miniature dobermans/yorkshire terriers/chiuauas.
