Everything from the woman who took care of us at the front desk to the convenience of Elmer's out front. Will come again.
Easy to get to and very pet-friendly. We also like that it is right by Elmer's Restaurant which is very convenient. Breakfast is simple but ample.
We staying in an accessible unit this time and the shower was exceptional. No tub, just a walk in shower.
Friendly Staff, helpful, courteous,
Enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.
We had a bottle of wine and no openers. They brought us a basket of two wine glasses and an opener
Staff was prompt and friendly.
For all the rave reviews, we were not expecting to walk into a hotel that hasn't been updated in years. The place smells like the carpets haven't been cleaned in a decade and the decor matches. Our "King" sized bed was closer to a queen and there were no free outlets to speak of around the room for electronic devices to charge, etc. Next time I'll save the $20 a night at stay at the Super 8 down the street that is at least modern.
The property smelled the way a hotel should smell when the people who take care of it know their stuff. The beds were magnificent, and the view was excellent.
I liked everything about the Windmill Inn. It was just what I was looking for in medium priced lodging.
Very clean, staff was very nice and willing to help in any way possible, easy access from highway and back on, large room was surprising, and we had a very restful night.
There would have been a charge for the single bottle of water if we had used it. The previous place we stayed in Washington had two bottles of water in the room and they were complimentary.
Huge room! Quiet, very clean.
Everything was Excellent in all respects on our 4 day stay
Nothing to report on the negative side of our stay
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Poor decor and no elevator. Breakfast room across the parking lot a problem in rain.
It was a good place to stay for the price.
the pool was closed and the weather was beautiful and the breakfast wasn't very good. we went next door and paid for a breakfast after we went for the buffet.
Clean Friendly staff
Bed Noise level, near freeway
Clean, comfortable room. friendly staff.
While I was checking in, the couple next to me asked for a room and were offered first or second floor. I was not offered this option. Because I don't have gray hair? It's red because it's dyed. I am 60, my husband is 68 and we were traveling with a small child. So, mightn't a first floor room be good for us? Wasn't sure if this was lousy customer service or discrimination or an oversight.
I brought my own pillow which I usually do when I travel. Found dead bedbug on pillowcase when I got back home unpacking. Still trying to get rid of them. Am covered with bites!!!
Room was clean. Like that we had a fridge and microwave. Large Bathroom so easy for dressing. Easy on and off Highway and was central to family we were visiting.
The shower needs the rounded out bars to keep the curtain from sticking to you. Walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors at times. The room above us did have a water leak that woke us at 6:30 a.m.; however they did reduce our bill $30.00. Would be nice to offer better breakfast choices (i.e. scrambled eggs, meat choice, potatoes).
Location was great, right off the freeway, easy to get around the city. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and that is about where the good things to say stopped.
I am not a huge complainer, but I booked this room, because of the good reviews. It is an older, but nice, hotel with an apartment type feel. What was wrong well: to start it was the worlds most uncomfortable bed, sheets were like sandpaper, there was hair hanging from the showerhead when we got there, weird smudges on the shower walls (something red), mold in the shower, dirt and dust along the top lip of the shower tile. I know I am tall, but I should not see dirt and dust in a hotel. Having had back surgery in the past I know comfortable beds, I am picky about it, but this was in serious need of an update.
was a good value for the money. The staff seemed to appreciate my business. I mentioned that I had driven straight through after working all night and hadn't slept . they immediately handed me keys and made my room available so I could take a nap before my dad arrived. I never expected that and it was great to start my vacation better rested!
Very Friendly staff Proximity to I5
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Convenient to I-5. Chek-in and out were fast.
The AC came on&off too frequently and the air blow was a bit noisy.
neat and clean and after driving 8 hours it was a welcome relief to see it was a convenient location. Staff were very friendly.
The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. They all were very friendly. The location is great.
The beds did notfeel comfortable.
Everything was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the gal who staffed breakfast was a warm, friendly face to brighten your day...The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Front desk staff very willing to accommodate disabilities No freeway noise in my inside room
