This hotel is within a 15-minute drive of downtown Tucson and is adjacent to St. Philip’s Plaza, which hosts a weekly farmer’s market. The hotel offers suites with a kitchenette. The bedding was very clean. The majority of the staff were very pleasant. It was very convenient. I have hyper sensitivity to certain smells. When we first arrived the room had an unpleasant odor. We opened the windows and when we returned it was fine. It was very nice to have the option to even open the windows.

Large, well laid out suites. Very clean. Quiet. Extremely helpful staff. Extraordinarily comfortable beds. Old style CRT televisions. Uninsulated ice buckets.

Clean room and hallways... clean smell.... freshly painted and well-maintained... good size suite with kitchen... beautiful location with shopping in St Phillip's Plaza. Older but beautifully cared-for hotel in location with a bit of natural desert... not in congested area but close enough to most things in Tucson. Very family orientated and relaxing.

Excellent staff, very clean hotel, comfortable beds and excellent location in St. Phillips Square. Kitchen much too small. Expected well equipped kitchen. This was minimal. Hotel was pleasant but is due for an update. More space required for breakfast area.

The generous size of the room. Having a suite at no additional cost and two sinks. The friendly staff and their willingness to please! It was a 15 minute drive from interstate 10.

The facility was very clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. The location was in a nice plaza with shops and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

I love the location and the size and cleanliness of the rooms. I didn't have any problems with the suites, but some of the features of the room seemed a bit dated (televisions, appliances, etc). However, it wasn't a problem; more an observation.

We have stayed twice as we visit our children who moved to Tucson in October. We love the suite, the location and everything about your hotel. It is very near where they are staying. When they move, if it is too far we will have to pick a closer place. If not, we will be there again!

The rooms were nice and location good for what we needed Couldnt get our room cleaned for over two days. When we asked a maid, she complained that someone called in sick so they were too busy. When we asked the front desk they said it would be done later that day. We continued to hear the maid complain in the hall way, but we didnt get the room cleaned. Went back down to the desk and the next person on shift said they didnt know anything about it. Still didnt get cleaned. Next morning we went out for a few hours. Room still wasnt cleaned. Finally went to desk angry after 11am and they finally sent someone up. When we left, they had no one to assist with bags. Had to take three trips to car to leave. When we complained while leaving, they just said sorry. So much for your 110% guarantee.

Very comfortable beds! Very nice heated pool and hot tub. Free WiFi. Extremely courteous desk staff and housekeeping service. Bath towels were hard and in poor condition. Need new plush soft towels. Hotel staff should open the poolside umbrellas each morning, since many visitors are unable to open them. Staff should alert occupants if they are going to paint or refinish bathtubs - noxious epoxy fumes were toxic and lasted all day.

Very nice rooms and generally quiet environment. Good service from the staff. I have used your hotel many times for the room conditions, friendly and helpful staff, generally good breakfast (could be better but good value), and location and price. Excellent overall. The breakfast could be somewhat better - butter and milk rather than artificial foods. The use of Fox News in the breakfast environment is offensive. A better news station should be used. Otherwise the environment is clean and well maintained with friendly and helpful staff.

Good location staff was good roomwas clean Had to have a handicap room then shower and other facilities didn't work for me . was able to change on Sunday night. I wou;dn't stay in one of those roome again.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were very cute,clean and comfortable. I did experiance a homeless man swimming in the pool every morning and told staff about it. They weren't sure what to do about it,but,I payed good money to stay there and did not like seeing this man in the pool every morning. I understand though.It is and was a awkward situation.Other then that great place =-d
