Windmill All Suites in Surprise  

I like the location and the cleanliness. The staff that answered question as I had then. I like the comfy feeling of the rooms.

Breakfast meat and eggs was sometimes lukewarm instead of hot. The eggs where running but still tasted okay.

Pool was a little dirty. Business atmosphere with conference in session. Not good with young family present. Had to keep quite.

Our ground floor suites opening onto a large grassy area were perfect for our two year old granddaughter. She also loved the duck pond and pool.

The staff is friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms are well kept and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Just a couple of minor things I found disappointing. First, the shampoo in the room was not big enough for anyone to wash their hair. The bottle contained just a few drops at best. Also no shower cap

Everything - a very comfortable, well managed place to stay with emphasis on making vacationers happy & comfortable. We thought it was run very efficiently and staff was superb.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to see that our stay was a good one.Don`t have any idea who the manager or head of house keeping was but both deserve a pat on the back for a job well done. Hope to see you next year.

The suite was convenient for our older son to stay with us and still have privacy. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms are extremely clean. Also the no smoking is a plus.

The beds were too soft, but this would be a personal preference.

Larry put us in the fartherest room from anything. View was at the trash bin. Across the hall would have a view of the pool & spa. Quiet but, a long walk for my bad knees. Stayed for 8 nights so we walked a lot more than we needed to.

The Windmill Suites staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The price, location and suite room type were our main reason for booking. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was an added bonus although, we felt somewhat rushed during the week with the 9AM cut off.

the hotel could use some updating and fitness you could have some weights.

The rooms are very clean. We loved the comfort of their beds and pillows! Employees were very accommodating. Loved the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, Carolyn offered us, after a long drive into Az.

That we were quoted, higher prices over the phone, than we received from Booking.com. Even the hotel's website, quoted prices, lower than an employee told us over the phone. Made us feel as though; the employees were trying, to get, more money than necessary. ???

Well, I've stayed at many hotels over the years and Windmill just had such a different feel to it. It was suppose to be a family trip with my husband but he'd gotten the flu so I took off for Surprise alone for a big family birthday and just a one night stay. The rooms were like mini suites, apartments and being alone this just made me feel so cozy. It felt like my little apartment! I'd never even heard of Windmill All Suites before but you can bet if I have to stay in a hotel again anywhere, this will be the first hotel I'll search for!! I took pictures of the whole room to share with family. I loved this hotel !!!

I cannot think of one thing I didn't like about this hotel.. And I forgot to mention it was very quiet!!!!! A biggie for a senior citizen!!!!!!
