The staff was great

The Hotel was not clean,the towels were suspect( hair clumps from others) at different times ,no water pressure,it looked neglected curtains falling off,overall not a great experience.

Location was close to a lot of places. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness, linen was dirty & size of rooms.

Its location was perfectly placed near the Chinatown bus terminal. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There are toothbrushes if you forget yours. In-room safe. Very clean with a view of a nice city park.

Calling at 11:30 to confirm check-out time (which I thought was 12 or 1) and being told 11. It IS 12 noon, as documented on the receipt, and since we were not charged for checking out just before noon, it's fine. That just caused momentary panic.

The hotel is close to the subway, so you can quickly reach any attraction in NY

Hotel room was really small for the high rate we spent. There was some mold in the shower curtain and one lamp was not working in the bedroom. No breakfast included. The hotel block is pretty dirty (we met several rats near the outdoor garbage during the evening)

Can't beat the location and it was the cleanest, most professional car and driver provided to the airport we've had in 30 years. Great last impression.

would have appreciate Kleenex or tissues in the room

Close to subway station, Chinatown & Little Italy. Many restaurants around, a grocery store around the corner.

All towels are dirty. Tv set has constant noise while playing, video quality also bad. No breakfast available.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, easy access to main roads to catch a cab.

Not a huge fan of Chinatown, felt a little uncomfortable walking in the midst. Had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel besides location.

We were very pleased with the location and the staff. Easy walk to both the East and West Village. Subway very close as well. Parking can be had right across the street.

A small bit of street noise but nothing that was a big problem.

It was very quiet place to stay.

Place has bed bugs it says 3.50for tax then they end up charging you 20.00 in taxes what rip offs I saw bed bugs on the bed the sheets had hair on it and it looked like someone was sleeping on it.

The front door magnetic keys were not working well

Mostly okay, the location is great. Very basic but well maintained.

Short beds.

Room windowframe rattled in the wind keeping me awake. I asked reception for another room which they arranged quickly. Basic but clean and friendly staff.

Hotel looks tired and in need of an update.

I am not sure that I can say that there was anything I liked about the hotel apart from its location. The hotel was very dirty and the room standard was very poor. I was not expecting much from the rating the hotel had but I did expect it to be clean.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was dirty, dated and reminded more of a Eastern European youth hostel than a hotel.

The staff at the Windsor Hotel was very friendly and helpful.

It is too noisy , 24 hours a day. The room was so tiny could hardly fit the suitcase in the room . The bed felt the same as laying on a rock wall and the pillows are disgusting.

Its quite well situated, i love the area, next to the italian quartier and really nice bars and restaurant really close. From my room i could see the Empire State, and its a park just in front of it. It has air conditioning and they printed me some documents for free. Quite clean and the room was confortable

They blocked me like 900 dollars (apart from the price of the hotel), but they told me they didnt know anything. i was so worried, i had to put a conference to the bank to find out it was the hotel, but when i spoke with them they didnt know what was that about. Still i didnt get back my 900 dollars... Apart from that, u cannot open the windows, what is quite claustrofobic for me. Quite expensive and no breakfast. Wifi is quite slow and sometimes dissapeared
