liked it all will be back
We liked the room size and the cleanliness. It is an older hotel so expect the older hotel features but the room was spotless and smelled nice, the beds were comfy, great water pressure in shower, a great value within walking distance of anything you'd want to do in the heart of Branson since it is right on the strip. Room also had a microwave and little fridge. Breakfast was good with sausage patties, gravy, eggs, toast, donuts, cereal, juice etc.
The coffee was not really working for either of us and the internet stunk it up.
the fact that staff didn't come inn until seven we left at 5am had to hide the key then call at seven
The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
I needed an affordable place for the night and this was it. The frig in room, wi-fi, and hot breakfast were nice extras. The staff was super friendly too. Great price.
Excellent staff, clean rooms!
Breakfast area rather small...
Great location, clean rooms, clean bedding, very great price
No hair dryer, no refrigerator, no microwave
Friendliness, helpful, cleanliness, and if we had a problem( threw a breaker) fixed within minutes) Thank you everyone
Nothing, just wished we could have stayed longer
Clean, fridge and microwave in room, friendly staff, plenty of parking available, good Wi-Fi service.
No table in room for eating, only one chair. Granted there wasn't a lot of extra room, but even a small chair and tiny table would have been appreciated.
The rooms were large. They were clean. The shower was nice with good water pressure &big thick fluffy towels. The bkfs.was excellent. Had biscuits , gravy , donuts , muffins , toast , bagels , waffles , cereals, scrambled eggs , sausage. They were in the process of remodeling , but no inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again. Was the cheapest rate in town.
It was clean
Everything was satisfactory.
The wifi was decent. The Breakfast food was decent, but there was no room to sit anywhere.
Where do I begin?! It took us over 20 minutes to check in because the man who held our keys to the room was trying to sell us a Time Share Tour. That sucks when you've been driving for 6 1/2 hours and you just want to get to your room. We couldn't get to sleep unitl after 1am because we could hear the noise from the go cart track right next door. When we left the room in the moring I saw the housekeepers and by the way they looked, I wouldnt have wanted to keep anything valuable in my room. There definetly has to be a "classier" place than this in Branson.
Breakfast was very good.
desk checked us in then when we got to the room....it hadn't been cleaned. But the biggest complaint was that she made a copy of my credit card after running it. When I asked for the copy was told that they have to copy them for the owner & that it would be shredded later
Air-conditioning worked great, beds were comfortable and pillows were soft, room was clean, easy access to all attractions. Staff was friendly.
breakfast was not very good. rooms need updating.
The price was a super bargain and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety but we had other breakfast arrangements.
There was a lot of outside noise coming into the room, but it was a Friday night in Branson and people were having fun!
clean rooms, good breakfast,
no hair dryer
Genuine warmth and considerate, thoughtful hospitality of all staff. Simply exceptional.
Not given wi fi code on arrival. Had to go find out.
Nice rooms, quiet, and plenty of parking
Breakfast was biscuits and gravy and donuts.
The staff lady for the night was a real B**ch! The gals in the morning were nice! The breakfast was a half cup of coffee and 2 donuts left at 830am when I went down to leave and I let the 2 kids that walked in have the donuts! Mary from Cheyenne Wyoming
Windsor Inn had a very friendly staff and they even made sure to inform us our room was a pet-friendly room in case we were allergic (even though the room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned). Even though it's a great location near many attractions, it was wonderfully quiet in the hotel and we slept like rocks.
Honestly, the only thing that we didn't like was the smell of the cleaner in our room. But we just propped our door open for a few minutes and it was fine. Honestly, no complaints.
Easy to find, easy access to our room, swimming pool.
No bar to hold onto when climbing out of shower, no railing for steps, very inconvenient as I have a bad knee. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially considering greenbriar is across the parking lot, same price, wonderful breakfast. Staff did NOT make me feel they were glad I stayed there.
Towels were sorry, comforter had blood spots on it, race car track next door was up all night on PA system and early the next morning.
