スタッフは、大変に親切です。二つの地下鉄の駅まで近く、ワシントンの中心地にも簡単にいけます。また、ホテルの周囲は、ワシントンではきわめて治安が良いと思います。 客室によっては、ワイヤレスのインターネットに接続できません。部屋が、かなり狭いですが、値段を考えればしかたないと思います。 |

フロントマンの中に、電話が使えないのはＩｎｎだから当り前だとふてくされ、ワイアレスアクセスのパスワードを教えるだけで、電話やｲﾝﾀｰﾈｯﾄに関することは一切、わからないと不親切な者がいた 用務員室の近くにあって、部屋の入り口近くが整理されていない。地階にあり閉鎖的な感じがする。部屋から電話線によるｲﾝﾀｰﾈｯﾄアクセスができないどころかローカル電話すら使えない。エアコンもセントラル方式で個別の使用はできず困った。３０分ほど郊外に出ると、このホテルの料金を出すと、ｲﾝﾀｰﾈｯﾄへの高速アクセスを含め、かなりな待遇のホテルはいくらでもある。 |

建物が古く、部屋の備品等で足りないものがあったり、無線LANがロビーでないとつながらなかったり、ベッドメイキングがされていなかったり、不十分だったりするなど問題があったが、価格とスタッフの親切さを考えれば我慢できる範囲であった。 |

it,s a little bit far from White House, taxi recommended, close to bar and restaurants, we only staied for a night but it could be nessecary to use a public transport in case of visiting town no lift, we needed carry our luggage up to the room |

Close to center of town on a tree lined street but noisy anyway. Rooms - they need serious remodeling. Stains on wall and carpet. Broken cabinets, small and dark and very noisy towards street. AC - if working really loud. Breakfast - you call that breakfast? Watery coffee, overcooked eggs every morning, old pastry and no refills on jelly for 3 days - why even bother. (after eating there we needed food again within an hour) Parking situation ruins the whole stay |
