Great location to parks, nice pool area, quiet, overall very nice place. The carpets were quite dirty and the bedding was worn and somewhat dirty. |

Close proximity to Disney World, Universal Studios and other attractions in the Orlando area. Also the fact that the resort was a "Gated Community" Basic amenities such as dish soap, tea towels, laundry soap, bar soap not provided. I'm sure like many other guests before us, we purchased the above and left remaining items in room for the next guest. An honour system for these goods may be beneficial?? |

The resort is great for families, good size community pool,playground,there are tennis courts and basketball courts for older children, The clubhouse has many ammenities to enjoy by all.This spot is very close to all of the amusement parks and great shopping! The only thing was a hinderance was the 4:00 and with children makes for a very long and tryingday! As there is no kitchen in the clubhouse you were eating out for all meals for the first day and no where for the kids to rest. The community was a little dated-furnishings in condo- but overall satisfactory. |

having own rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen for a reasonable price per night no one around too much to answer questions, too many rules posted everywhere made me feel like I wasn't trusted or welcome. couldn't turn the air down more; the place wasn't cool enough. |

I liked that we were able to stay comfortably as a family. The beds were very hard and there was a charge for everything, if you looked at something the wrong way you were charged. They also withdrew my deposit from my account and have not returned even though the Manager states there was nothing wrong in the apartment and it should be returned. Says I need to call my bank. |
