La ubicación del hotel es excelente, estabamos a pocos minutos de los parques temáticos de Disney

The value was excellent for what we received. We were expecting a condo and ended up with a home.

It's getting dated, the decor and the furnishings. No wi-fi in the homes or condos.

we request 2 bedrooms and they provide us with 3 , nice location and the condo have everything someone need while staying

It was the worse experience of my life staying in this particular condo, it was like time share condo but the owner of this condo it was so impolite person I only converse with him on phone luckily I didn't have a time to see him and till him that on the face, and it was suppose to be a relaxing family holiday and In the en turn to a nightmare . 1. first he broken in to our house without our knowledge and he accusing us of broken a lock of one of his closet and steel sheets and pillows which totally false I ask in my first day If we can use everything in the unit and he said fine.2 he accusing us of having more than 6 people in the unit which also false we are 6 people as permitting to stay in the unit 4 adult and 2 childes , he was complaining why we made a small bed from sheets we find in the closet for our 2 years old girl and why she don’t sleep on a bed in the other room !! totally not his business plus he find so annoying that our kids playing with crayons in his already broken coffee table in living room and he said crayons its to dangerous for his broken table !!! . not mentioning the bad air conditioning and sound that old machine do, the TV doesn't work for the last 3 days in the condo I didn’t bother to call him back for this issue , cause we already have our plans for this holiday Disney ,Miami… etc and I don’t have time go and argue with this guy.. remember if you have any problems with your condo they don’t have a reception to complain , you only have to deal with the owner , and if you not lucky like us you will have this impolite and lair owner. I recommend spend little more money y and stay in other resort in the area that I experienced by my self in other years there are much better and forget about this resort.

For our short weekend stay would like to have had more toilet paper, paper towels and coffee so I wouldnt have to go to store Also, can see that during busier times other guests could be pretty noisey... didnt see anyone really monitoring the place.

The condo was spacious.

The surprise 70 $ cleaning fee after booking the room. Having to travel 8 miles to another location to fill the paper work before checking in. The condo carpet was gross, The couches were also filthy.It also looked like the condo had been furnished from the salvation army. The tone of the instructions for useage of the facility was threatning. Ie if you do not check out after 10 you will be charged. If you leave anything in the condo you will be charged. Etc.. etc..

This was our 5th time staying at Windsor Palms, renting different condos each time. The resort facilities are wonderful, especially the pool, store, clubhouse, sports facilities. We appreciate it b/c of the options we have for our children over the years. There's a little pool in a fenced off area for very small children. There's also a nice movie theatre in the clubhouse, and guests request the movies they show each day. The daily movie schedule is then posted in the store and on the resort's tv channel. By using nearby Sherberth Road, guests can use the Disney employee entrance for a quick shortcut to Disney parks.

Windsor Palms itself is extremely clean, however, the individual condos are owned/managed by different people or companies. All of the condos we've stayed in have been clean and nice with no smells. Some condos, however, could use new paint on the walls, and the carpet in our last place should probably be replaced. (Light tan carpet doesn't hold up well when used by many people with wet or sandy feet!) Overall, these were cosmetic issues vs. Real concerns...I'd stay there again without hesitation.
