I like the hotel environment, the breakfast was a great variety. i did not like the location of the hotel, no activities near by. The bathtub was stained looked dirty. who wants to jump in the shower when the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed down.

We booked room for only 1 night as we flew out next morning. When we checked in they had charged our credit card for 2 nights. I brought to attention we only reserved 1 night. Staff told us manager would refund to our credit card. They still have not done so.

I liked the convenience of being close to the airport. When I made the reservation, it was listed that there was an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. (I made the reservation based on the outdoor pool). When we got there the pool was dirty. (Not able to use) and the jacuzzi was closed. The work out room was scarce and the tv was gone. There was nothing around that we could walk to. We had to go to Grapevine and the taxi was $25.00 to go 5 min. (Too expensive)

It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The hotel wasn't in the greatest of shape, but it's not new, so it's hard to really knock it. Plus, it's not the greatest area and it's primarily for business travelers that want to be close to the airport. Nothing special there.

The desk clerk did not know any directions to and from the hotel. She was not friendly at all. THe beds were not comfortable the pillows were like big chunks of foam rubber. The night desk clerk would not ask the kids who were running up and down the halls and slaming doors to be quiet.

The toilet in our room would not flush. We had to go get a plunger and eventually moved rooms. Our friends came in the next night and were put into this room and the plunger was still in the bathroom and the toilet still did not flush. There were only 2 towels and we had a family of 5. They did not have any extra blankets, only bedsheets. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

I liked the fast and friendly staff, the cleanliness, and quietness. It was my first time staying at Wingate by Wyndham and will stay again...Thanks for making my stay so wonderful and very affordable..

Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. Lugar limpio. Hice una reservacion para un dormitorio doble estandar con dos camas matrimoniales y cuando llegue a registrarme me dijeron que era solo una cama!!!!! La señorita de recepcion me dijo que no podia hacer nada porque así estaba en su sistema. Pague por algo. Ustedes me dieron otra cosa. Eso no se hace!!!!!

I enjoyed that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I was very disappointed in the hot tub...it was dirty and the bottom of the floor had a bunch of gravel on it. The outside pool was also not up to date. I wish they would fix this!

My reservation was wrong. Was supposed to have a double room with a roll away bed. Paid $10 extra for the bed and when I arrived said they were not allowed to put it in the room. Called Booking.com...went back and forth bw them and the Wyndham for over an hour (it was after midnight). The hotel finally said they would give me a suite and put a roll away bed in it, but was going to charge me $15 more. Booking.com said they would pay the difference...but the hotel sure didn't have good customer service. When we took the roll away bed up to the room (which we rolled ourselves), opened it and there was a roach in it. Called down and the front desk clerk said, "What do you want me to do about it???" I asked AT LEAST bring us new sheets...she never did...had to go down and get them, and endure the attitude of a new front desk clerk...this was after 1am. Toilet didn't flush...found out from our friends who were also staying there (and had checked in a day before us) that they had put them in that room and the toilet didn't work and they asked to be moved...the plunger was still beside the toilet...nothing had been done to that bathroom, but they were gonna pass it off to another unknowing customer...AND charge us extra for the room. Our kids found other roaches around the hotel and the roll away and pull out sofa was like sleeping directly on springs. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!
