The fact that the entire hotel was smoke-free and the room was very nice. The free breakfast in the morning was awesome and had a huge option of everything!

Shuttle was 25 minutes late for pickup from the airport. Took far too long for room check-in, even though two staff members were present to assist and I was one of two people checking in at that time. Did not receive my wake-up call.

Shuttle service took forever. Left me waiting at the airport for almost an hour. Had to call twice. And you do not a a courtesy phone. That is bad... I will not stay there ever again because of it!

Good shuttle service to the airport and the shuttle also took us to a nice restaurant for dinner. Included breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice.

Airport pickup - expect to wait up to 30 minutes. Van is not marked Wyndham and hotel won't tell you this. Instead was marked intercontinental.

Staff were friendly and professional. Check in was fast. Room was of good size. Wifi worked. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is far from city. Found hair in towels. Breakfast finished at 9 am.

White wine offered by a polite man in Manager's Reception. Kitchenette was available in room.

I went for two nights in a business trip. First, hotel staffs made me wait almost an hour to be picking up at the airport the night I flew in to Houston. I had to called three times to remain them I still on Terminal E. The staff said he couldn’t find me, and that they could not call me to a (787) prefix because it was “international call” [which is not]. Perhaps, staff forgot their way to the airport that night. The fact was that I was there all the time outside getting cold and never saw Homewood’s shuttle until my third call. That was an inconvenience, especially because, I was tired enough and it was late at night. Second, after all that waiting at the airport, when I got to the lobby, Teffeney was in such a rush (don’t know why because there were just two guest more) that she did not allow me to get informed about shuttle schedule next morning, when she already was attending someone else. She gave me room keys and that was it. She did not even mention they hold every afternoon a Manager’s Reception where you can eat for free, which, I became to learn because a driver from another hotel across the street told me. She doesn’t even mention breakfast. Third, the lady that took care of my room was nice, but she forgot to supply with shampoo and conditioner which I had to ask for. She did not retrieve the coffee pot on the coffeemaker. I’m not sure if she changed my sheets, most likely made my bed, but I don’t care because sheets still clean. I just mention it for those who care. Fourth, the lady driver, she was nice and took me where I needed to, but she was expecting me to give her at least $5 or $10 tip just for taking me to the airport. She was expecting that beyond tips I have already gave her the day before with no luggage to take care of. Fifth, and most upsetting, wingate did not honor Booking.com room rate when I made my reservations online.

close to the airport, friendly personnel at the front desk. Room was good for the age of the hotel. Free breakfast was good and nice to have free shuttle to and from the airport. In the summer, pool would be great for the guest. Impressed with the wellness room.

We arrived late and therefore didn't appreciate the ammenities. We would have enjoyed a snack at the hotel but nothing was available. We did order out and were pleased with the service.

The front desk staff were outstanding!

I could hear the traffice from the Sam Houston Parkway....made for a less than restful night.

Clean rooms and facility, good staff.

Bed was hard, pillows were small and uncomfortable. Over all it was a nice stay though.

We were not impressed with the air conditioning in our room. The noise from a fan from the other area of the room was so loud we couldn't sleep.

The hotel is located next to a main highway with 24 hours heavy traffic noise. Difficult to find sleep.

Great Motel

Das Hotel wird sehr sauber gehalten. Die Betten sind angenehm und auch die Ausstattung könnte man als gut bezeichnen.

- Sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal (ist mehr als ungewöhnlich für die Staaten) - Nur 1 Aufzug, der sehr langsam arbeitet - Frühstück lässt sehr (!!!) zu wünschen übrig (erinnert eher an ein Interconti-Breakfast in einem billigen Motel). Ausserdem war der Kaffee an allen Tagen ungenießbar (zu stark und zu alt/abgestanden).
