free breakfast was nice small bathroom closet doors kept slamming shut and you could hear it in other rooms too people did not respect the no-smoking and i cold smell smoke in our room

I called to confirm our reservations the night before our arrival. I did not like that our bookings did not show up on Wyngates computers. I had the booking confirmations in front of me. Bookings.com never sent them to the hotel. I had to do all the work to get it fixed!! I was not happy!

Excellent customer service from desk clerks - very friendly. Breakfast was great. Not a complaint, but would recommend staff be trained (if they haven't already) in First Aid/CPR/Heimlich Maneuver, etc as there was an incident with a woman who was choking on some candy. My son (works in a hospital) and a nurse helped the lady and all ended well.

The staff was friendly and processional.and especially the ones who clean the rooms. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast. It was better than most but they never had bacon. Most people like bacon, pork, turkey or beef. Patties and sausage links to greasy. Also it wouldnt hurt to have cable television. Thats really stone age. Excellent tv's with basic shows.

Great price and location. Excellent customer service. I think breakfast should be explained more, i.e.: continental. Would have like additional fruit other than just apples. Eggs powdered and not sure what the meat was. Waffle maker was a plus.

Waren 4 Nächte hier, Es war Ideal für Ausfluege nach Atlanta,verkehrsgünstig an Highway gelegen. Frühstück war als Büffet reichlich,abwechslungsreich + immer nachgelegt. Trotz ausschalten der Ac ist diese nachts immer kurz angesprungen= Ruhestörung
