we spent two night at the facility and our room was never cleaned. I had to call and ask for towels for the second day. I also told the front desk and the cleaning ladies with no response.

We liked the confortable beds, the hotel was spotless and free cookies during the week. Broken hot tub the first night, we were disappointed because this is another reason why we chose the Wingate. We really liked the adult hours for the pool, after driving all day we could have used that hot tub.
