location of hotel. breakfast very varied. the rooms were cleaned very late in the day, not convenient as usually about 5pm when we were in our room. |

i have loved the position that was very conveninet for work and the size of the room, complimentary water in the room, free wireless access and complimentary breakfast, free baggage deposit for late checkout.. no air system in the bathroom, no bell man, nobody to take care about your luggage upon arrival and departure, but it was fine at the end. |

Very friendly, helpful staff. Central location makes it easy to visit major attractions. The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious and well appointed. |

Location, price, attitude of the staff. Carpet in room was stained. Caulking in bathroom needed to be repaired which is no big deal but missing caulking leaves a bad impression and it also provides an easy starting place for mildew. |

Location and the hotel staff were excellent This was my first time in NYC, I can see where they say it is the city that never sleeps Most of the night i was tossing about due to all of the noise outside in the street.My main reason for using the hotel was the ease of being in the center of everything.after walking all day please get some comfy chairs in the rooms. |

Spacy and clean rooms. Location was fantastic, walking distance to Macy´s, Times Square, Empire State Building etc. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, although the variety wasn´t that great. We had no problems at all with the street noises although our room was facing the street-side. Hotel staff was ok but not as friendly as I had expected. The air in our room was always a bit stuffy when we arrived there. The cleaning lady started cleaning the rooms at 9 am or sometimes even earlier. There was no "do not disturb" sign available in our room so the cleaning lady knocked at our door at 9 am (every morning!) wanting to clean our room. |

The room was big and the location was great. Being able to leave your bags on the day of checkout is fantastic and no one is looking for a tip for the service. The breakfast was great yet the room is small and some things were not replenished in a timely manner. |
