Es liegt seht central! Der Duschwannenboden ist sehr rutschig, ich bin einmal ausgerutscht und gefallen. Zum Glück ist mir nichts passiert! |

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer einschliesslich das Bad sind sehr sauber Bei grösserem Andrang zum Frühstück erschien das Personal im Restaurant etwas überfordert. |

It was very convenient for the shops and sites to see. The internet wireless access was free of charge.The staff were very pleasant. The hotel was a good choice for us and we have no critism. |

everything was of high quality..the shower, the sheets, the TV, wireless, coffee service, the furniture...the room was spacious, clean and quiet (for NYC)...the staff was helpful and delightful..the location was good for a broadway show and to the restaurant, 'uncle jacks' nearby which is our favorite.... the elevators were small and crowded..and we wished there was room service..also, we wanted the comedy channel and it wasn't provided.. |

The location was excellent. The decor was very nice, the people were friendly. All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again. I did not like the actual street that the hotel was located on. But I think that once the scaffolding is removed from the surrounding buildings and improvements are made to the facade of those surrounding buildings, then this issue will be much improved. |

Nice hotel with very good location We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was very noisy from both street noise and the ari conditioning system. After the 2nd night we've complained about it but nothing has been done to help us. |
