The $5.00 baggage fee to store your luggage is excessive.

Wonderfull location. Great communication. Excellent business center. Breakfast is very convenient.

There are hidden costs in the fee and they charge the card at the beginning of the stay

Great location for shopping, sightseeing,could walk to most places, good for restraunts and close enough to Broadway.

Stayed in front room-A skip collection every night very noisy.

Wingate is centrally located in Time Square region. A couple of blocks from Macy's and B&H which is great for shopping. Breakfast included is a differential, even though in my opinion it could be improved. Accomodations are very confortable and clean.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is positioned very well for all tourist attractions. Our room was adequate, clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good quality and adequate not over the top.

Our only neegative point was noise from outside the front of the hotel. Refuse collectors and street cleaners operate through the night which we could hear, although after our second night we started to get used to being in a 24 hour city.

Clean, quiet, size of room reasonable--friendly, helpful and accomodating staff, willing to hold our bags before and after checkout

The buffet breakfast, though "free" was less than optimal--fruit was not fresh, eggs lumpy and overdone--juices were too sweet and made from cheap pre-mixes. Otherwise, variety was acceptable.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was lovely.

The Continental Breakfast ran out of food 2 hours before it was over.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to answer all our wierd questions:) Breakfast was awesome!

Was not told about 50.00 a night incedental charge that you are refunded when yo check out.

Near to Broadway Theaters and Times Square. Small American Breakfast included.

The staff was extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful!

I did not know that I would not be able to receive calls on my cellphone or use in the internet on my cellphone however the hotel did offer complimentary local calls and internet service.

I lke the location, accessibility to all the best spots in nyc.

Breakfast should be until 10am every morning. Nyc has a night life.So its very hard to wake up early and catch breakfast til 9. That would probably make a lot happy.
