Breakfast included in cost was a definite seller.
Location was great and rooms were clean.
The location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a relatively large room for a midtown hotel.
Hot water was out of service for an entire morning which was no fault of the hotel.
Breakfast was not lux but enough.
Airconditioning in the room and at bathroom. The room was not clean enough.
Nice buffet breakfast.
The location and free wifi
I needed to print an email and the toner was finished in the printer!
Value for price. no non-slip pad in stub/shower. No rug for bathroom. Water barely warm. burned out bulbs. absence of heater info. poor cable service
Air condition in the room in winter is too noisy and to much air if uou're not used to air condition ... you couldn't turn it off vecause it would be too cold bit with it was too noisy probably a problem with a lot of hotels in new york...
Great location! Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast was actually very good! Free WiFi is always a plus.
Street noise from the 3rd level. No extra pillows available.
I arrived 2 hours earlier - the front desk was very supportive and let me check in early and had a room for me. They also helped with the business center and faxes.
I stay in a lot of hotels - I only needed a centrally located room in near midtown since I was checking out the next morning for another flight. It was perfect.
Location was perfect for me.
The web site says parking is 36 dollars, but they charged me 56 dollars when I went to get my car and said the Hotel was supposed to have told me to pre-pay. No one said a word at the desk.
Breakfast had lots of variety, including eggs & bacon. Room was quiet, bigger than expected, loved having the frig, microwave & coffeemaker, nice bathroom, good beds. Wifi worked great. Small hotel so didn't have far to walk to room at back of building. 2nd floor lounge was small but nice w/restroom. Great location!
Ice maker was out of ice, so had to go to other floors (4th, 8th, & 12th floor are only ice machine floors). We were at back of building so very quiet but one of our cell phones didn't get good signal (AT & T); Verizon was fine. Hall rugs have seen better days. No major complaints.
Only complaint I have is with the towels, which were old and one was even ragged. Otherwise everything was fine.
Breakfast was good; location of hotel was good for exploring all of Manhattan
Housekeeping was poor and the hotel needs updating
Price was great (I booked using Booking Now app) and location was great.
The breakfast was not that good.
I had no where to unload my luggage because of the busy area and trucks in front of hotel loading zone. Pulled over to park with daughter in car and flashers on to find a $115 ticket on windshield. Still had to pay for parking in garage as Well. When checking out,I was given a discount on parking. Really? The hotel also supplied earplugs because of how noisy the area is.I sn a Wyndam Time Share Owner as well.Asked manager to call or email me regarding ticket, to at least try to fight the ticket. I still have not heard from the management team, it has been 48 hours. So my experience is not a good one.I will not be staying at this hotel again.
Location was great, rooms were decent sized,
View was terrible from 9th floor, heater broke on a couple of occasions so it was very cold in our room (February), and front desk should carry extra American adapters in case people from out of country are in need of one.
Decent place to crash overnight, less than a minute to the subway, walking distance to shopping and sightseeing at reasonable price.
Construction noise from the street very early in the morning
Price was affordable (low season) Location was great. Room was close to lobby so easy to get in and out. Room Pretty clean.
Wifi was very weak. We were close to the lobby so it shouldn't be the case. Room was a little small.
Great location. Close by Macy's and Times Square.
I liked the location. Close to the A, C, & E Trains and walking to Times Square & beyond. The quick check in/out process.
The ice machine did not work good. My room was directly across from the elevator.
-Big room -Great location
-The breakfast was terrible (at least from an European point of view) -Street pretty noisy. Had to use ear plugs
some staff are very kind, but some not. even no smile on their face. Location is very good, near Subway Penn Station and Macy's Have breakfast
air condition is very noisy
Great stay! Very comfortable room and bed. I had read before that it would be noisy but I was on the 3rd floor and it was very calm. I was checking out on the day if a snow storm and the hotel gave 2 extra hours for check out. Thanks! Happy to recommend this hotel.
They forgot to put new shampoo bottles when cleaning the room.
Your cancellation policy even due to a weather emergency...we booked and were told no refunds even during a state wide weather emergeny. We had to return to our home cities and states. Will never choose your brand of hotels again..VERY UNFAIR
