朝食が9時までだったようで、ちょっと油断して9時5分に行ったがあっさり断られました。せめて10時までにしてほしい。 |

Pen Stationからも近く便利な場所にありました。ホテル前の通りは問屋街のような雰囲気で、綺麗とは言い難いですが、怖いものではありませんでした。大型トラックが通るようなこともありましたが、通りに面した部屋でも気になることはなく、部屋にも安眠を助けるためのグッズ（様々なヒーリング音をだせる機械）がおいてあり、配慮がなされていました。空の冷蔵庫に唯一入っているミネラルウォーターについては他の方が＄５徴収されていたとクレームされていましたが、ボトルのキャップについていたシールには消費したら料金は徴収することが記載されていましたのでホテルに不備はないように思いました。フロントの方もとてもfriendlyで、１１時頃についたので荷物を預かってもらおうと思ったら、チェックインさせてもらえました。外が寒かったのでとても助かりました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもスムーズで、料金を取られませんでした... |

朝食が無料の割りに良かった。メトロも近い。スタッフも親切。電子レンジがあるのも便利。 滞在中タオル・シーツの交換をしないポリシーだが、リクエストしたら交換してくれた。換気があまりよくない。 |

Polite people in the reception and breakfast room. Clean rooms and a good place to stay in Manhattan. 7 minutes walk from Times Square and 10 minutes walk from Empire State. Subway station is almost 200 m away. |

Perfect location, complimentary breakfast, very comfortable beds, free internet, very clean room, very nice and helpful young people at the front desk. It was my second stay in this hotel and I will certainly stay there next time. |

The accommodations were very adequate for our weekend trip - the price was very reasonable, the rook was comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The lobby is very small and there is little room to socialize outside your room. |

The cost was reasonable for NYC. Good location. Our room faced the street. It was extremely noisy. The breakfast serving staff did not appear to care much as they failed to replenish items. The desk staff did not appear to know even basic information regarding the area. |

Nice room, nice location, bad check-out ... I asked for more 30minutes to finish some private matters, and was told in a rude manner that I would be charged half-days fee in case I did not leave the room at exactly noon. |

Nice staff. Good location. A few blocks to the Tick Tock Diner, Madison Sq Garden, Macy's, etc. A few more to the Empire State Building. The groovy music and modern decor in the lobby is completely misleading as to the amenities. This is a bare bones place -- no services. The room itself was dark and tiny, with a little flat screen TV, dripping faucet, tired decorating. 35th Street is amazingly dark and unsafe feeling, considering it's such a good location. |
