朝食が9時までだったようで、ちょっと油断して9時5分に行ったがあっさり断られました。せめて10時まで- にしてほしい。 |

Pen Stationからも近く便利な場所にありました。ホテル前の通りは問屋街のような雰囲気で、綺麗とは言い- 難いですが、怖いものではありませんでした。大型トラックが通るようなこともありましたが、通りに面した部- 屋でも気になることはなく、部屋にも安眠を助けるためのグッズ（様々なヒーリング音をだせる機械）がおいて- あり、配慮がなされていました。空の冷蔵庫に唯一入っているミネラルウォーターについては他の方が＄５徴収- されていたとクレームされていましたが、ボトルのキャップについていたシールには消費したら料金は徴収する- ことが記載されていましたのでホテルに不備はないように思いました。フロントの方もとてもfriendly- で、１１時頃についたので荷物を預かってもらおうと思ったら、チェックインさせてもらえました。外が寒かっ- たのでとても助かりました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもスムーズで、料金を取られませんでした... |

朝食が無料の割りに良かった。メトロも近い。スタッフも親切。電子レンジがあるのも便利。 滞在中タオル・シーツの交換をしないポリシーだが、リクエストしたら交換してくれた。換気があまりよくない- 。 |

Wonderfull location. Great communication. Excellent business center. Breakfast is very convenient. There are hidden costs in the fee and they charge the card at the beginning of the stay |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room sheets were not changed during the stay. This is due to the hotels policy (environmental issues of washing sheets on a regular basis). But for a 1 week stay, the sheets should have been changed at least once. |

Great location for shopping, sightseeing,could walk to most places, good for restraunts and close enough to Broadway. Stayed in front room-A skip collection every night very noisy. |

Wingate is centrally located in Time Square region. A couple of blocks from Macy's and B&H which is great for shopping. Breakfast included is a differential, even though in my opinion it could be improved. Accomodations are very confortable and clean. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is positioned very well for all tourist attractions. Our room was adequate, clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good quality and adequate not over the top. Our only neegative point was noise from outside the front of the hotel. Refuse collectors and street cleaners operate through the night which we could hear, although after our second night we started to get used to being in a 24 hour city. |

It is in a very central location The fact that I could not sit outside while waiting for someone. I was told that I was not entitled to sit and wait even though it was midafternoon and there were plenty of empty tables. |

Clean, quiet, size of room reasonable--friendly, helpful and accomodating staff, willing to hold our bags before and after checkout The buffet breakfast, though "free" was less than optimal--fruit was not fresh, eggs lumpy and overdone--juices were too sweet and made from cheap pre-mixes. Otherwise, variety was acceptable. |

The staff was polite, curtious and cooperative. The WiFI facility was a added bounus. The breakfast timing 6am to 9am, this should be extended as when in New York during summers who sleeps before 1am , the time should be extended to 6am to 10.30am. |
