veldig sentralt, blid betjening, bra rom , litt for enkel frokost , men- veldig fornøyd -kanskje to personer til å ta seg av frokosten da det tok litt lang tid å fylle fatene når trafikken var stor |

Nytt og rent hotell, store rom med gode senger, relativt fredelig gate om natten, hyggelig personale. Ved frokosten ble utvalget ofte betydelig redusert en god stund før serveringen faktisk var slutt, dette bør ikke skje. Av litt mer spesiell karakter: Den lavere scoren for service/fasiliteter skyldes misnøye med tett toalett på hotellrommet, og hvor dette ikke ble tilfredsstillende fikset slik at det gjentok seg både dagen etter og dagen etter der. Bør heller ikke skje. |

Polite people in the reception and breakfast room. Clean rooms and a good place to stay in Manhattan. 7 minutes walk from Times Square and 10 minutes walk from Empire State. Subway station is almost 200 m away. |

Perfect location, complimentary breakfast, very comfortable beds, free internet, very clean room, very nice and helpful young people at the front desk. It was my second stay in this hotel and I will certainly stay there next time. |

Good location, not expensive. We stayed there for one week and enjoyed the hotel for the whole time. The room was not always being cleaned thoroughly. |

I didn't like the fact that instead of the corporate credit card (this was a business trip), my personal credit card was charged. And nobody told me a word about it. |

The accommodations were very adequate for our weekend trip - the price was very reasonable, the rook was comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The lobby is very small and there is little room to socialize outside your room. |

The cost was reasonable for NYC. Good location. Our room faced the street. It was extremely noisy. The breakfast serving staff did not appear to care much as they failed to replenish items. The desk staff did not appear to know even basic information regarding the area. |

Nice room, nice location, bad check-out ... I asked for more 30minutes to finish some private matters, and was told in a rude manner that I would be charged half-days fee in case I did not leave the room at exactly noon. |

Nice staff. Good location. A few blocks to the Tick Tock Diner, Madison Sq Garden, Macy's, etc. A few more to the Empire State Building. The groovy music and modern decor in the lobby is completely misleading as to the amenities. This is a bare bones place -- no services. The room itself was dark and tiny, with a little flat screen TV, dripping faucet, tired decorating. 35th Street is amazingly dark and unsafe feeling, considering it's such a good location. |

Nice hotel in midtown Manhattan. Very good location for walking around the city. The room was super. On the 18th floor the air condition was a little noisy on our room! |

I liked the breakfast and internet facilities.Staff were friendly. Not impressed by the extra charge for minding your suitcase after check out this should be free in my opinion. Air Conditioning unit was noisy in the room. |
