The hotel staff were pretty nice and the computer room was ok. (but at times I thought the computer room was a bit too hot) This hotel could definately be improved. You can only smoke outside by the front door...Ok..this is odd..(people are coming and going out those doors) Maybe you could put some benches around the side of the hotel for smokers. One bus to Universal? early in morning and then picks up at 7 p.m.? Or get a cab? UGH! You can ride trolleys..but be sure to have exact change every time you ride it...(how many people keep exact change all the time for trolleys?) No game room for kiddies? Most of the time the air conditioner in our room was not working well..Got too hot at night. This hotel isnt very close to anything.

Clean, and comfortable, breakfast food was pretty good also, liked the spa but needed to be hotter, pool was nice but needs more lounge chairs. I dont like the selection in your survey about Wingate being Gay- friendly!! If I ever see gay people laying around and showing affection to one another, my family and I won't be back!

We can not tell you enough how helpful Amanda at the desk was. We also had Nancy as our cleaning lady and she was wonderful. We will always stay at a Wingate! The hot tub was cool and the pool was cold.

It was very close to universal studios which is why we were in Orlando. Breakfasts were very good and the staff was friendly. Did not like the pool area :( Too enclosed and small, not enough room for multiple guests. Couldn't even use it because of the limited space due to others utilizing the pool.

Shuttle service to Orlando was convenient. Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Rooms were very clean.b Staff was very friendly, receptive, and professional. I was impressed with the front desk staff, very warm and welcoming. The breakfast coordiantor was also excellent. The pool was dirty and cold. The hot tub was only luke warm. The breakfast options were very poor.
