The location of the hotel. It was quiet.

Would like to see more information about the hotel and the city in the room. The coffee served in the lobby area at breakfast was not good.

Spacious rooms and clean rooms. The staff were extreemly friendly and kept the rooms well stocked

The workout room had no AC and could not use the gym due to it being to hot

My parents were not given the senior citizens discount. It was told to us that when I made the reservation online I should have done it then. I didn't see that question. My parents were 71 & 74. It should have been given at time of checkout.

Hotel was great, a little warm in elevators and hallways. Overall a great stay.

"Vicki" at Front Desk does it all, a very nice and efficient, friendly lady who gets what make you feel at home and extending professional courtesies is all about. Cheers to her!

The gentleman at front desk around 5pm was very very helpful in us selecting a restaurant and other sightseeing tours. I don't know his name but he was a young tall black man and I told him how good he was.

The staff were amazing. From the room attendants to the desk attendants, everyone was pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is sparkling clean at all times. They also offer delicious breakfast and a huge hot tub.

Bathroom had mold growing on walls, and water damage (3" hole) in ceiling above shower head. Staff was not attentitive. Breakfast was bad

My room had no heat for 2 nights on nights that were below freezing and all the staff offered was an "I'm sorry". My last night I was finally moved to another room. I asked for a 1pm check-out on my initial reservation and confirmed it the night before check out with front desk staff. However, at 1130am housekeeping burst into my room without knocking first while I was in the shower. Then, I received several calls from the front desk about if I planned to stay our check out from 1130am-1230pm. I informed them of my previous confirmation of 1 pm check out. My stay was awful to say the least!! I will never stay at a Wingate again. ; (

First time to room, my key didnt work. First room they gave me had no couch , just a small chair and lamp , big space on wall , where couch goes. When I called down , front desk girl was Trying to say it was becuase of my rate......I Told her the pictures show a couch. The next room , had couch and no extra charge, the couch

The couch was from 70s, it looked like, very uncomfortable , low to floor, no feet, no depth to it. Beds were uncomfortable , and old feeling .

The room was excellent for the business traveler. Large, desk, comfortable reading chair, comfortable bed. The room was the quietest of the Nashville hotels where I have stayed in the past year.

Stayed two nights. First morning, I had an early start and Breakfast was not ready at 6:15 AM.

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean, comfortable room, and nice breakfast options. Could not believe the excellent discount rate I found for this hotel. Colleague and I stayed one night for business as the hotel was conveniently located and lended an overall pleasant stay.
