It was very nice!!!! It look just like the pictures on the site!!!!! Housekeeping was very polite and friendly!!!! The bed was very comfortable and soft felt like you was sleeping on clouds I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Nashville!!!
Only thing I didn't like about it was booking don't add the taxes on there site. So it was a misunderstanding with me and the front desk but, we got it straighten out. But make sure you check your bank account anyway

The bed slept very well
The entire place was under construction and I could not find a drink of soda. the pool was closed and that was not advertised. If I was staying more than one night I would not have stayed there.

Could not maintain air to correct temp, hotel was in disarray due to remodeling, breakfast was less than sanitary (construction workers were eating food), and it did not look very inviting either. Additionally, we had continued problems with our room keys becoming inactivated and had to keep getting new ones.
Convenient to sites we wanted to see. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Room had a refrigerator/microwave/iron/hair dryer.
The blinking light on the fire/smoke detector in the room is like a slow strobe light at night. The light needs to be covered.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations which were not publicized on its website or that of Booking.com. There was dust everywhere, no toiletries in the bathroom, and what limited breakfast available was served in a guest room because the entire lobby was a construction site. The hotel was not offering any type of discounts due to the construction. If I had known, I would have stayed elsewhere.
This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever endured. This hotel was undergoing construction, which was not communicated during the booking process. The rooms were unfinished and a number of items were not plugged in. While trying to have a meeting with colleagues in the lobby dinning area, we were choking on the air that was filled with dust and debris. The halls were filled with construction equipment and trash from the workers. Trying to get to the lobby from the elevator meant waiting until the workers saw you standing there and stopped jackhammering. The floors were difficult to walk on, making it a hazard, especially in heels. Not only that, but booking.com communicated the wrong date of stay for my boss. I had the paperwork and confirmation number to prove the right dates, but had there not been enough rooms, what would we have done? Terrible. I don't think we should have had to pay to stay here and the hotel should be closed for construction while the lobby and first floor are being remodeled.
Booking.com did not state that this hotel was going through a major remodel, Entryway was being remodeled and floor tile was being removed, all rooms were being worked on with workmen on each floor. This information should have been stated on your website, if i had arrived early enough i would have changed hotels. This hotel should not be listed on your website until the renovations have been completed.
The hotel is under construction but from what was completed thus far it will be a very nice modern hotel. The front staff was awesome. Very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were only there for one night but needed additional wash clothes in the morning and the maid asked "aren't you checking out this morning" and no extra wash clothes were given. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Nashville.
Bad shuttle service. The driver cussed and yelled at me, think he may have been on drugs.

No one bothered to tell us the hotel was undergoing renovation and was completely tore up. We had a friend from out of town that flew in and we wanted to show her a good time and stay in a nice place. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Of all the hotels in Nashville we picked this one and to say the least it was sub par. Never again!

The hotel is under not just minor renovation but MAJOR renovation, it really needs to be closed instead of accepting guests! Dust everywhere, paint fumes, ice machines not working. Rooms partially renovated but with glaring things missing like old shower head in brand new bathroom. Old chairs in a room that has been painted and has new bedding. It was ok for a place to sleep but definitely did not live up to Wingate by Wyndham standards!
The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was under renovations and it was a mess, but the staff did everything it could to make it work for us.
While this service is not related to the hotel, but was suggested to us, the shuttle service we used was horrible. The cost was reasonable but those drivers should know the areas. I was on a return shuttle from downtown and ended up at the Wyndam in Opryland. We were left a restaurant in that area and had to call a cab to get us back to our hotel. We called this service and were hung up on three times. This is just an FYI for the hotel.
It was under construction but stated so and also had times that construction would be in progress. Lady that checked us in was real nice!!

The hotel is under construction.The heat/air unit cover fell off. The shower unit faucet was opposite. The cold meant hot and hot meant cold. We did get face towels orbhand twoels unless we ask the front desk. The had us book for three days unstead of three as per my confirmation email. Staff was friendly.
The maid almost ran over me with her cart as I was exiting the elevator. Guess it was time to leave for the day. Carpet needed vacuuming big time. Bathroom floor had hair on it and it wasn't mind. Going thru renovation that was fine but a dirty room is unacceptable.
Hotel has great quiet location. Staff was overly nice and professional. Enjoyed every moment. As i stated to management once they finish renovations they will be one of the hottest spots to stay. The Quality of care was excellent very impressed. Will be the first place Ibook from now on

Th hotel is undergoing renovations and it's not good. Our room was big but clearly unfinished, no rails on the bath, no mirrors in the room, other than in the bathroom. The curtains and windows were splashed with plaster, the hair dryer hadn't been put on the wall. Breakfast was okay but the workers were using the guests breakfast room, which was in appropriate.
