Very friendly, very clean and comfortly beds.
There was no continental breakfast.
Room was a pleasant temp when we arrived. Not stuffy. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
The tub.It feels like you are showering while standing in a bowl.
Got to check into room a few hours early, and room was ready. comfortable beds.
No free breakfast with room which would have been nice.
Location Staff friendliness. Clean and stocked room
I have no complaints
The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the bathroom lighting. It was in a good, safe location.
There was no continental breakfast.
Well appointed room,very comfortable bed,
Very close to the airport, toilet didn't work-staff did fix it though.
Nice place to stay. One of my towels had some stains pretty bad and the satellite TV kept losing signal. But the room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was nice and the driver was friendly. I would stay there again.
Stains on towels TV kept losing satellite signal No bags in the trash cans in the room.
Good price, nice rooms and the bed was very comfortable.
Looks like they need to vacum the room and the hallways.
Checking in very late in the day, our room hadn't been cleaned at all. Had to switch rooms two more times, and wait for more than 15 minutes in the hallway for the staff to help us. Bed was horribly uncomforable. Front room light could not be turned off. Toilet was not clean.
Comfort in a central location
Nothing fancy but all fine. Breakfast ($20 for 2 after tip) was very good. Convenient.
Great value for price!!
Snacks at front desk & restaurant prices were too high
The room was great the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was great.
Cleaning staff could use done help on our second day there we had to ask for more towels and ask that our room be cleaned we came back around 4pm to see that the cleaning staff had just finished our room (we were on the 2nd floor) on our last day there the cleaning service knocked on the door 3 times to ask were we checking out so they could clean the room check out was at 12pm they asked us 3 times from 8am-10am
It was a short drive to downtown Nashville from the location, quick eating resturants close by, the hotel was very quiet (no kids running around, couldn't hear people talk in the hallways and no doors slamming) and the beds were very comfortable.
I wish there was an actual vending machine instead of the pantry at the front desk.
the bed, space of room, cleanliness of room
refrigerator did not work and husband is diabetic with refrigerated insulin - had to keep on ice, extremely noisy bathroom fan, fire detector light was blinking all night long - was like a strobe light
They have great blankets!
No free coffee in the afternoon.
I liked the room, king bed, complimentary WiFi and location. I liked that guests can refuse housekeeping and get a monetary voucher and/or Starwood points.
The bathroom requires some work. The toilet seat was peeling, water was left in the bath tub twice and there was no shower gel in the dispenser; however, there was shampoo and conditioner in the dispenser.
It was very nice!!!! It look just like the pictures on the site!!!!! Housekeeping was very polite and friendly!!!! The bed was very comfortable and soft felt like you was sleeping on clouds I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Nashville!!!
Only thing I didn't like about it was booking don't add the taxes on there site. So it was a misunderstanding with me and the front desk but, we got it straighten out. But make sure you check your bank account anyway
Clean new facilities, friendly staff
For the price, there should have been an indoor pool and free breakfast.
Location and a little expensive for what it was
