Beds felt dingy and made me wonder how they cleaned the throw pillows considering the covers did not come off.
The gentleman at the desk was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. The beds were cozy and the kids loved the safari decor considering we went for a safe trip ;)
It is a dated building and u can smell that pets are allowed new paint and carpets would be a plus. Cable did not work and only had a few Chanel's which is weird now a days I felt like I time warped back to 1980 lol
Location . Room size was big so was bathroom
I wish there had been more fruit than just apples and more choices rather than just pastry muffins or toast. Also yougurt would have been nice for the breakfast. I would have preferred a wake up phone call instead of someone beating on my door multiple times
the carpet felt dirty.
The location was very convenient. We were visiting wildlife safari.
Breakfast of donuts and apples not great for adults or kids.
Had to request maid service since they were shy about entering the room due to prior complaints from other guests.
Management was very nice and location was convenient.
Not well insulated for sound from room to room. Could hear walking across the ceiling of our downstairs room.
Comfortable rooms -- we had 3 kings. Liked the decorations. Cheerful and original. Good Mexican restaurant a couple blocks away.
All the basics were met: Clean, Comfy and Cozy! Plus friendly staff. Proximity to Wildlife Safari Park was excellent!
WiFi spotty at best No in room coffee
Great bed - slept all night Good location Nice large room
No sound on TV, morning coffee/breakfast terrible
Beds comfortable, room decent size
continental breakfast presentation was dried up glazed donuts, packaged cinnamon rolls that looked old, apples, one pot of coffee and a pot of hot water, 6 napkins, lost my appetite. Toilet was backing up, later it was backing up into the tub and water was all over the floor. Manager seems to always be in his pajamas
Large room, comfortable beds
Noise! The motel is just meters away from a four lane highway with quite a few trucks! Heating and fan/AC is one or the other, not both. (I normally use the AC/fan to shadow noise, so choose warm room or masking noise; I chose the latter)
Room size, bed, renovated decor; really great Thai restaurant nearby, very friendly lady at the reception
What an unexpected surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was very clean and comfortable.
We did not have a coffee maker in the room.
My husband and I liked the owners, as they were very pleasant and accommodating. We felt welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would stay here again.
No Wi-Fi or amenities. Would probably go somewhere with a pool/jacussi next time.
Old and little worn out decor
They really need some new pillows. So flat you had to have at least 2 to feel like you had one. The air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep (thank goodness there was an air conditioner).
the room was clean and a nice size. The location is perfect for going to Wildlife Safari. Easy to get to. Found a nice (seemed very popular) Mexican restaurant, Carlos's, not far down the street. The towels were very nice. For the price and the convenience it was OK.
the room had a strong strange smell the whole time we were there even when we opened the windows.
closeness to the animal safari; lovely, friendly and caring owners and staff
Extremely uncomfortable bed. Hardly slept at all. Air conditioner loud, as per usual at motels, tho.
People are nice, but their hands are tied on the comfort aspect.
The bed was very uncomfortable. We strongly recommend replacement with a higher mattress.
Staff was frienndly, helpful and efficient.
Hard beds. Toilet loose to the floor. Breakfast at Noah's Ark.
Location relative to the Wildlife Safari Park. Friendliness of the innkeepers. Quiet.
I would have preferred to have the ability to make coffee in the room in the morning. Also, we didn't know until we were leaving that the hotel had coffee (and perhaps other items) available in a common room on the ground level. We received coupons for a free continental breakfast at a business across the highway but that offering was very disappointing in many ways.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The kids loved the animal print bedding which went with the theme of our visit to the nearby Wildlife Safari.
Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Location was good, room was quiet
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and out dated by far. This was the worst nights sleep I've ever had, felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I wouldn't recommend their continental breakfast across the street either it was nothing.
The Staff was nice and helpful even when we checked in late that night.
The room had dated décor and was not clean. The hotel was undergoing a renovation that was supposed to be complete in July 2014 - so maybe it will improve after that.
The owners are very friendly and personable.
