Beds comfortable, room decent size
No sound on TV, morning coffee/breakfast terrible
Large room, comfortable beds
continental breakfast presentation was dried up glazed donuts, packaged cinnamon rolls that looked old, apples, one pot of coffee and a pot of hot water, 6 napkins, lost my appetite. Toilet was backing up, later it was backing up into the tub and water was all over the floor. Manager seems to always be in his pajamas
Room size, bed, renovated decor; really great Thai restaurant nearby, very friendly lady at the reception
Noise! The motel is just meters away from a four lane highway with quite a few trucks! Heating and fan/AC is one or the other, not both. (I normally use the AC/fan to shadow noise, so choose warm room or masking noise; I chose the latter)
What an unexpected surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was very clean and comfortable.
My husband and I liked the owners, as they were very pleasant and accommodating. We felt welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would stay here again.
We did not have a coffee maker in the room.
No Wi-Fi or amenities. Would probably go somewhere with a pool/jacussi next time.
Old and little worn out decor
the room was clean and a nice size. The location is perfect for going to Wildlife Safari. Easy to get to. Found a nice (seemed very popular) Mexican restaurant, Carlos's, not far down the street. The towels were very nice. For the price and the convenience it was OK.
They really need some new pillows. So flat you had to have at least 2 to feel like you had one. The air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep (thank goodness there was an air conditioner).
closeness to the animal safari; lovely, friendly and caring owners and staff
the room had a strong strange smell the whole time we were there even when we opened the windows.
People are nice, but their hands are tied on the comfort aspect.
Extremely uncomfortable bed. Hardly slept at all. Air conditioner loud, as per usual at motels, tho.
Staff was frienndly, helpful and efficient.
The bed was very uncomfortable. We strongly recommend replacement with a higher mattress.
Location relative to the Wildlife Safari Park. Friendliness of the innkeepers. Quiet.
Hard beds. Toilet loose to the floor. Breakfast at Noah's Ark.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The kids loved the animal print bedding which went with the theme of our visit to the nearby Wildlife Safari.
I would have preferred to have the ability to make coffee in the room in the morning. Also, we didn't know until we were leaving that the hotel had coffee (and perhaps other items) available in a common room on the ground level. We received coupons for a free continental breakfast at a business across the highway but that offering was very disappointing in many ways.
Location was good, room was quiet
Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
The Staff was nice and helpful even when we checked in late that night.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and out dated by far. This was the worst nights sleep I've ever had, felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I wouldn't recommend their continental breakfast across the street either it was nothing.
The owners are very friendly and personable.
The room had dated décor and was not clean. The hotel was undergoing a renovation that was supposed to be complete in July 2014 - so maybe it will improve after that.
Good location clean friendly staff good value
We had to drive off the property to another property called noah's ark for continental breakfast. We were told we could buy a traditional breakfast if we didn't want the continental breakfast. Neither option was available. We arrived at 9:00am & were told we were too late.
We arrived there at 11pm. The manager was so nice to leave the door and all the paperwork in the room with the lights on.
The smoke alarm battery was low, so whole night it beeped. It was very annoying.
Innkeepers friendliness and go out of their way help.
Everyone was friendly.
Suggestions to tip the housekeeping along with envelope. Beds were well used and walls are wafer thin. Room was small and bathroom a hodgepodge of "furnishings. For $90 I guess I was expecting maybe a little something more.
Location and that there was a ref. in the room we also liked the room decorations however the border at the top of the walls seemed to be leftover from last room design as it was flowery and the rooms were safari, looked weird seemed cheap
when entering the tub I stepped up into the tub and stepped onto the mat but the mat was not in place and the entire mat flew out from under me and I fell into the tub smashing my wrist etc. onto the wall. the staff needs to push the suction cups of the mat onto the tub so it stays in place. I wanted to let the office know about this when we checked out @ 8am but no one was there and no one answered the bell/buzzer at the front door. we also felt the bathroom ammenities were light just soap and lotion no shampoo etc. and not so sure how clean the bathroom floor was or perhaps a stained floor.
I thought the room decor was beautiful. The man who worked at the desk was really nice.
The bathroom was dirty. There were three spiders and a millipede in the room. (and a pesky little fly) The day before we checked out, the room was not cleaned or stocked. The room had an unusual odor to it.
close to Safari Widlife. Friendliness. Discount on entree tickets.
lack of attention of cleanliness from housekeepers. Pricey for what you get in a room. I would not reccommand Noahs Ark for any meal. Not even the continental.
The hotel looks recently renovated, because everything looked very clean and nice. The beds were a little firm, but after long hours on the road it's just what a back needs.
