Even though it is a little older building, the inside cleanliness of the room was good except the upholstered chair was badly stained

The upholstered chair in the room was badly stained and I was given a different room. The chair in there was also soiled. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was told "well it is an older motel". That was no reason for the management not replacing badly soiled furniture.

location was next to where i had to go,price thru booking was good,

needed a small refrigerator,most days inn have them,also small microwave,also some accessable power outlets.the complimentary breakfast didnt have coffee ? last days inns i stayed at did and had scrambled eggs,bacon,waffels,etc.

I did not like the fact that the ceiling in the bathroom looked as if it was about to come down. I did not like the fact that the floor in the bathroom looked as if it was about to sink in. I did not like that fact that there were bugs in my room. Or the fact that the latch on the door was loose.

The night desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The facility needs a thorough cleaning and a refit. We almost had to switch rooms because all the knobs on the air conditioner come off as well as the face plate and we were barely able to get it working. Calling that room a non-smoking room just meant that someone wasn't *currently* smoking in it. The sides of the box springs on each bed looked dirty, but an inspection of the linens showed them to be clean. That said, I kept my sandals on while in that room. It's Motel 6 quality or worse.

Quiet hotel, good nights sleep, comfortable, and great value for the price. I would stay here again next time we are travelling through Winston Salem. Hotel referred us to a great Mexican Restaurant less than a mile from hotel. The dinner was excellent....super good recommendation!

The continental breakfast could have had a few more selections for breakfast, but overall was okay. I grabbed a coffee and then went down the road and purchased two Krispy Kreme donuts.

The air conditioner did not worm and the ceiling tile in bathroom was falling out.

Close to where we needed to go

Smoking room...smelled horrible....heater vents in unit were missing....cold h20 only in shower....breakfast was not a variety....

Very dirty. Towels were yellow, stains all over the bed. Other people staying there were loud, rude. Did not feel safe and was not able to get good sleep.

It was convenient to our travel route and we found restaurants and stores close by.

I think it would be nice if there was a little bit more room for the breakfast area, more tables and chairs. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient to get a quick start to a travel day. We were up very early and had no problem getting our breakfast and getting a table to sit at.

The staff was friendly and helpful in finding a bank in the city that was near to our location.

The price was good. The location was close to where I needed to go. And the staff was pretty nice.

I didn't like the bugs. The door was a few inches off the ground so bugs just came in and out.......
