Perfect location. Breakfast was terrible, muffens and hot drink only for that room price? Heating was not sufficient for this time of year in NYC. |

I liked that we had a roof over our heads so that we were able to rest safely for a few hours before returning home. The staff appeared to have better things to do with their time than acknowledge us when we arrived. Barely any eye contact was made, by the staff, they were to the point but not friendly about it. Very robotic and unpersonable. The beds didn't have enough sheets/blankets to stay comfortably warm and the pillows were very very thin. The bathroom sink, toilet and shower were dirty. The sink looked like it needed to be cleaned with a sponge with an abrasive side, the toilet had a gross ring on the inside of it and the shower had hair in it from previous customers as well as pink mold on the shower head. |

Location was excellent,room was spacy and confortable Bathroom backup but they took care of problem right away. |

The location was perfect- compared to surrounding hotels in the area this hotel is excellent value for money. Also the muffins at breakfast were an added bonus - you could take as many as you liked. A no frills hotel but if it is location you're after it can't be beaten. I booked a junior suite as there were 3 of us staying but the two bedrooms had no dividing door so it might as well have been 1 single room. That is my only complaint -everything else was excellent. |

we were so disappointed with service we could not enjoy the room The service at reception was very rude. The room they originally offered us was disgusting and despite the fact that we had to wait for a few hours for another room they still charged us for the extra day. (we arrived at 700 am so we booked an extra night to get an early checkin) but we did not get the new room till 1000 am and had to wait in the lobby after a 14hr flight. The breakfast was terrible and served in paper cups and plates. (stale cup cakes) |

Good Value for NYC. Very Clean. Great location for the activities we had planned. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. |

Hotel was very centrally located and nice service. Rooms were quiet for NY city and enjoyed the courtesy coffee in the lobby. No bar and the hotel was pricey for size of the room and comparable hotels in that area. |

la primera noche no pegué ojo,pues las cañerías de la calefacción hacía un ruído tremendo,me despertaron tres veces (1,30,4,00 y 7,00).Tuve que protestar en Recepción para cambio de habitación y hasta el siguiente dia no dieron otra.No hablan español en recepción y la habitación en cuestión es la 213.Ni se les ocurra quedarse en ella |

Non è il massimo, confrontando questo hotel con altri dove ho soggiornato in passato a Manhattan, anche se il personale è estremamente disponibile. Bisogna anche dire che il prezzo è decisamente inferiore, per cui poi bisogna accontentarsi. La scarsa manutenzione, "è stato" un bell'hotel. In quanto a posizione, c'è di meglio. |

Situation géographique, L'hotel a besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement, tant au niveau des parties communes que des chambres. Le wifi vendu 9.95$ fonctionne très mal, le petit déjeuner se limite à du café ou du thé avec des muffins, pris debout dans le hall |

Un hôtel bien situé, intéressant au niveau architectural, à un ratio-qualité prix plus qu'acceptable. le déjeuner est plus que rudimentaire, la douche gagnerait à être actualisée |
