    staff was friendly water bottles complimentary breakfast

    torn/yawn hanging blankets. ripped floorings in bathroom. ugly shower head. absolutely no space in the bathroom sink table. age old / worned out furnitures. bed height is so low to prevent you from getting hurt if you fall on the floor? two fixed shelf's were converted as follows top shelf : for TV, DVD Player and a small fridge bottom shelf : work desk. you will feel like sitting inside the shelf when you work. Most uncomfortable place to work. If you turn the TV on, gives the feeling that the TV is placed on your head :)

    Comfortable and clean

    Romm was promised in an hour but was not ready for more than 2 1/2hrs. Ouch!

    the room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was great. It was charming and really attractive.

    The location

    The bed was old and lumpy and uncomfortable. The carpets paint furniture were old and worn There should have been an evening reception with free drink, and when I went in the bar I was told there was no one working there, so free drink did not exist. I checked out at 6:30 am by choice

    Woodcrest in-room memo said hotel is scheduled for renovation. Good idea. Clean but worn. Very good Cupertino location. Good breakfast included.

    Fixtures, carpets, worn. Needs renovation.

    NO pressure in shower or hot,hot water. Needed 3 irons before they worked and one ruined my slacks. And the hotel was always hot

    Street noise from Stevens Creek Boulevard was bad, especially due to the current construction. The floors also creaked badly whenever anyone moved around upstairs. Room could use a refresh.

    Location was very convenient.

    Hotel is getting worn out and could use some renovations. When I checked in, the staff couldn't find my reservation.

    Clean, friendly, excellent breakfast

    It's a bit worn, and old. Clean, and aging gracefully, but definitely long in the tooth.

    It was a very noisey stay alot of maintainance done inside and outside the hotel .. the photos shown at the web site is not as per actual .. the rooms is too small ..

    The housekeeping staff were efficient and friendly. That's about it.

    1. I was greeted by a man behind the desk with no social skills. His name is Cameron.) I had seen on Bookings.com that no payment was required at check-in, and I counted on that because funds were to be deposited a few days later but the balance was low then. The receptionist ran my credit card to "see if the funds were in my account." (Is this the same as paying in advance?) Since I didn't have the $1081 in my account at the time I was denied a room and asked to leave. It was past midnight. (I am a sixty-eight year old woman in a wheel chair.) A friend came in person to use her credit card for my room. (Cameron wouldn't take a phone call giving the credit card information because "he would lose his job." 2. The "amenities" were a joke. The toilet didn't flush. The cold water handle came off in my hands. The hot water handle made noises at the level of an earthquake. 3. The worst problem involves the hotel's describing itself as catering to the disabled. The only feature designed for handicapped people is a flat surface from the bathroom into the shower. Otherwise, the toilet is lower than a regular one, not higher, as other hotels provide. There is no one to help with the luggage. Steps are to be navigated at the entrance to the hotel. Handicapped access happens in the underground garage and consists of a series of narrow vertical slabs of concrete, perched at a 45 o angle, with no handrails! I cannot understand how this hotel gets so many stars and superlative reviews. Who is writing these accolades? Biased people with a stake in the enterprise? . . . . Just askin.' I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but would especially warn people with dsabilitiesto stay away

    No thing positive.

    1. WiFi signal is unbelievable weak, laptop need to move to near around to get signal ! 2. Breakfast is too simple , the cafeteria room is too narrow. 3. Room air conditional is too noisy
