Although we were originally given a room that had no stove/dishwasher, we were quickly given a larger room w/ a full kitchen at my request. I enjoyed the kitchen/eating setup and the spaciousness of the suite/bath. Our room was close to the common computer room, so we were able to use our laptops with the free wireless. It was amazingly quiet in the room. Housekeeping was very late the 1st day and they had not given us towels, but a call to the front desk did the trick. Subsequent days, housekeeping was prompt and thorough. On the internet, many reviewers reported a hallway smell, and there was! It was a vinegary smell that was constantly in the hallways, but not actually in the suites, thankfully. Also, the pull out bed was old and broken on the end, so the bed slanted down, and even when the maintenance guy came to fix it, he admitted it was just old, but he did his best. Although the hotel has easy access to I-5 and I-805 fwys, it was a trek to the I-15, and MiraMesa Blvd is notorious for being backed up during the week. |

They upgraded us to an executive suite for even less than the price of a regular room! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - the amenities were above par and overall I was extremely impressed with the hotel. It was a great value for it's great price. It's not in san diego proper but well worth the 10 min drive to the city center- it's cheaper than the same level hotels within the city itself.. If you've got a car, it's not a hassle to get back and forth on the freeway --- would most definitely recommend!! Not really- it was pretty a+ if you ask me! |

I thought the size of the room was great for our family of 4. The cost through booking .com was the best I could find ! I would use this hotel again. There was a smell in the hall ways ,may have been musty from carpet, but it did not smell good. The rooms could have been detailed a little bit better. |

The beds were very uncomfortable (hard - no give at all) There was 3 pillows on our bed and they were well used (very flat) had to request a feather one so I could get some sleep. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone - it looked good from the outside but was disappointed once I got in the room. |

Our one bedroom suite was well appointed and very comfortable. There was a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. The internet connection using cable was for a charge. The maid had not taken apart a living room hassock to find a problem that needed to be cleaned. |

The staff who worked in the restaurant and the food at the restaurant. The staff member who gave the original directions into the hotel to find our room. We carried children and luggage much further than necessary |
