Parking nearby is quite expensive. But that's a Manhattan question.
No safe in room Room felt cramped
Great hotel, great location, brilliant view over the South Pool and The Freedom Tower. Facilities in the room and hotel gave us ability to do what we wanted. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to New York.

Could do with a table each side of bed.
Service was outstanding.
Location size staff and value
Everything ! Great service, helpful staff, the room was extremely comfortable and clean with excellent views of the 9/11 Memorial Site
Very convenient for visiting the 9/11 museum, several good restaurants nearby and in the hotel, great view of the city.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and they made special concessions for me because I am disabled. Loved it.
everything new and fresh really clean for short stay really good value for being so close to ground zero and 5 min walk to staten island ferry
fridge start making annoying noise Air con as well too noise especially when it kicks off in the middle of the night
Our room looked out over the 9/11 memorial and the freedom tower. We had a great time and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the memorial and NY city..
Location fab for memorial site. Easy to get taxis to other areas and tour spots.
Horrible hard beds. Very expensive even for NY.
The hotel is really a nice place, just make sure you pring the map of it's location and area nearby. Nobody, literally nobody knows where it is located, including the cab drivers (telling the address doesn't help too).
Good quality linen, bath products and views
Having to negotiate around world trade centre works to get to it
I loved it, the staff was very accommodating. She checked us in early and even gave us an upgrade. I would definitely stay there again. This hotel is in a perfect location if you're visiting the 9/11 memorial and the Statue of Liberty.
friendly staff good location
pricy but understandable do to location
Breakfast was over priced
Convenient for the financial district and subways heading North.
Excellent wifi in reception areas, complementary (good quality) coffee and drinks free, papers, etc.
Some rooms can be quite small
very well located
slow wi-fi speed from the room noisy room
The location was perfect. It was close to everything. We had an awesome view and we love NYC.
Initially we didn't have a tub in our room, but we were able to move our room with no problem. We were in to run the Staten Island Half Marathon. After the race I needed to take an ice bath, which I did, but the plug wouldn't release and you had to hold the plug up the whole time to allow the tub to drain. But....we needed more pillows and the closet in the hall didn't have any. When we tried to call the front desk there was no answer so we had to go down to the front desk to ask. We asked for 4 and received 3. We wanted to get a wake up call and the phone wouldn't work so we tried calling the front desk and there was no answer again. It may seem like small things, but it's more reassuring knowing you can pick the phone up and get someone if you need them.
View of ground zero was amazing! NYPD everything, very safe area.Staff professional, friendly and willing to help you with anything .Perfect location to subway!Hotel was super clean.Free stations on every floor.Restaurent and room service very efficient! Food was delicious!!
