Rooms are clean. Nice bathroom, but shower only. Complimentary baggage locker, small fridge by request. It was a very pleasant stay.
Location, room, view
Parking garage was an difficult to get to with the construction and the elevator not working.
overpriced , no water
Location and modern room facilities
Lack of view and light from window
Asked for extra towels. Never received. Also socket in bathroom did not work and did not fix
Sunday morning the room cleaning was very noisy. As I arrived the roof restaurant was used for filming and not available for guests.
Location Overall Price Room Comfort Staff Helpful
The hotel seemed a bit "tired", it coudl definitley use sprucing up, particualry in the roof terrace area. This is a wondeful asset with an incredible view and it the decor and service should match these.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the restaurant were amazing. It is close to many sights, restaurants and subway stations. Free wifi. We would stay there again.
Value for money and location
Only has two elevators and at times the wait could be quite long
Very central for downtown Manhattan. Next door to World Trade Centre. Great hotel and very helpful staff.
No dislikes. If anything, the rooms were a little small y US standards but this did not make it less pleasurable.
Rt at ground at ground zero, rooms were clean. Nice patio restaurant in 20th floor.
Rooms were small but comfortable. Would have preferred 2 dbl beds to twin. Shower only. If you are uptown and want to freshen up before dinner it's a bit far to go back to hotel if going back uptown for dinner.
View was great, the bar and restaurant was fabulous.
Front desk can use some training (a little rude). Can use a concierge.
Location was great.
No parking available and I had to pay for the garage. The guy in the garage was kind of rude.
A great location to check out wall street, the statue of liberty, and the freedom tower/museum. Very close to metro station to get uptown and/or Brooklyn.
The queen bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, making the space between uncomfortable.
The location of the hotel is very good, Subway stations near by and lot's of restaurants in the near area. The complementary bottles of chilled water was really handy. The wifi connection is fast, which is also a great asset.

Coffee wasn't the best
Excellent location, friendly courteous staff. My room was overlooking the memorial gardens. Room and facilities were fantastic. Restaurant on 20th floor first class.
Nothing to add
Kevin Chan was amazing, he took time with us and helped every way possible with bags, directions, hints, and all the things travelers need.
- Location - Value for money - Sights from restaurant - Rooms equipped with air conditioner; - Clean big rooms
- WiFi speed is not very good; - Construction sound outside, couple of times at night - No bathtub
Our corner room had spectacular views from its wall of windows. The room was thoughtfully arranged to take good advantage of views in an asymmetrical room. The water available in the hallway was a handy stop for a cool refreshment. The view from the terrace restaurant was spectacular.
The food and service at the restaurant was wanting. Drinks were watered down. Stick to wine or beer.
Location, comfort, cleanliness and view as well as friendly staff.
from the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke
Everything was perfect. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Would definitely stay again.
The rooms were super comfortable and spacious. The view of the 911 memorial was spectacular and it make waking up in New York a wonder experience. Being a non-city girl they staff was very friendly and inviting. Even when we were given rooms that were not what we booked they worked with us to give us our preferred rooms.
Extremely hot in the hallways...manager claims it is because they are a green building, however, we broke a sweat just walking to our rooms. The elevator card activation system was a little tricky to use and made using the elevator difficult if card didn't work right away.
