The location near all of the shopping. I reserved a room with the Lakeview and was given a room with the street view. I was not happy and the manager did not accomodate us. |

This is a great hotel the only negative being some of there staff are very unfrendley from the reception staff down to bell hops.Nice room which are very big and have very comfortable bed.Very near all the main attractions of the city Staff in particular reception staff they were the worst I have ever seen in a hotel like the westin |

Le camere piccole e rumorose: la prima era attaccata all'ascensore di cui si è sentito il fastidioso rumore tutta la notte; la seconda, dopo che abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla, era poco distante ma erano chiaramente percepibili i rumori nelle altre stanze e nei corridoi (es: un telefono di servizio nel corridoio che ha suonato per tutta la mattina senza che nessuno rispondesse) |
