The staff - friendly and helpful.
Breakfast area in basement a little disappointing
For the money its a gem. There are no overreaching perks but it is a solid hotel. My hectic trip in meets, all in lower Manhattan, went very well, partly in thanks to the location and dependability of this place.
They could give you a few more bottles of water once in a while. 2 for 4 days stay is a bit stingy.
No soap...Had to buy my own soap...The day I checked in the staff was rude to me...did not feel welcome. ..
Location was good. Staff was wonderful!
Probably the access to the hotel via car. Difficult even pulling up. Construction work and blocked streets didn't help. Room service breakfast, marginal at best. Coffee cold. Not worth the money.
Comfortable rooms, lovely staff, amazing views. Close to tube/subway (4mins walk). We had a balcony room which was fab! Didn't hear any noise when the doors were closed.
Room service prices kept changing. I felt safe enough in the area but the area was dirty. Like everyone else has said the bathrooms flood when having a shower! This could easily be sorted with a decent shower screen so I don't understand why the Wyndham hasn't fixed this issue as it's the largest downfall on all the reviews?
Very modern very clean. Great view. Great bed.
As soon as we get out of our car there was someone there to help us with our luggage n lead us to check in. Rooms r v spacious consider of the location. Not noisey at all. Again thinking of in Chinatown it could b noisey but nope. Not at all
When I book, the confirmation states clearly that rates includes breakfast, how ever, under meal plan it states no meal plan options, we had breakfast for the first morning ( I stayed 4 nights) n when we check out we were charge. Argue with them they said it was a mistake as it clearly states no meal plan which I'm very annoyed about.
Close to Subway and Offered a great opportunity for my 16 year old daughter to observe the great, hard working citizens of Chinatown!
Terrasse of the room and the nice view from the bar on the roof. The hotel is very near Little Italy.
Breakfast room was freezing cold, no breakfast buffet. The second morning, we took our breakfast elsewhere.
Clean, nice location
The bath room door is not full cover, so the water is everywhere after shower
Balcony outside our door. The rooftop was amazing at night. Close proximity to subway.
the humidity level in the room made the sheets damp. It seemed to come from the air con.
Adore the floor to ceiling windows. Fabulous views of the city. Comfortable bed and soft linens. Very contemporary decor. Very clean. Very pleasant and helpful personnel. Hotel well situated.
Location of the restaurant in the basement. Too cold temperature wise and desperately lacking natural light. Need towel rack in bedroom. Could have used drawers to put non hanging clothing away.
Excellent staff-Janice and Ling were awesome! Very modern and clean hotel.
Gets a bit loud, especially on the lower floors.
Clean modern rooms. Helpful front desk staff
Restaurant meals were poor and breakfast staff seem to have little idea what to do
Friendly staff that made our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. View from balcony was incredible!
Great lovations, great facilities and room and wifi. Staff could have been more serviceminded and smile more. More positive attitude, especially the Female Asien Staff. The Young Asien bar guy had a wonderful openminded attitude and service. All in all great stay! LP/denmark
The female Staff at The arrival. Brush up on The attitude could be great.
My husband & I loved the location. We were able to walk every we wanted to go, did not have to get a cab or on a subway the whole trip! We will be back!!
The view from the rooms and the architecture of this hotel are both truly beautiful, but what keeps me coming back is the professional and friendly staff they keep around!
location location location staff are very very good and nice
bath room are bad disige
Room was always clean and well air conditioned. Subway station near by that will get you to all of the tourist attractions.
Room was very small, but fine if you only intend to sleep there at night and are out all day. Our room had a balcony which was attached to the rooms on the same floor, so could be a security risk if you forget to lock your back door.
Needs a towel rack in the bathrooms.
Clean, comfortable, great location and friendly staff.
There was no shower door and water was everywhere! It was odd since ther was only a shower.
Clean. Internet connect is good.
No complementary waters.
The BEST hotel staff in all of New York! All of the staff at the front desk are very courteous, attentative and always have a smile on their faces as soon as they see you - I love the fact that they will stop what they are doing for one second to greet you. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and they welcome me back "home". They remembered what I liked to do and updated me on the happenings, just like friends do! Roof-top bar is very convenient, and the bartendars are great! The view from my hotel room (10th floor) was breathtaking, as well as the view from the roof-top bar.
I am not a fan of the location, although the hotel is in the vicinity Little Italy, its still quite a walk to subway stations - therefore, its really not that safe to walk late at night. I would recommend taking a cab to the hotel late at night rather than taking the subway and walking in the questionable neighborhood.
Hotel was very clean, nice room with a comfy bed. Very good airco. Bathroom was spotless, only a bit annoying when taking a shower, half of the bathroom got wet. Ask for a room on a high floor -> great view towards Empire State Building
Curtains were "golden" colour, which meant it got very bright as soon as sun got up. Also if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs if you have a room on lower level, traffic is loud on Browery (we had room on the 6th).
